great tv - use to use apps easy to connect to internet

Item is easy to setup and picture quality is great!!

Overall quality good and fine picture quality. We can enjoy specially netflix movies on a big screen that is wonderful

The price and quality were the main selling point. best Buy is a great place to buy a TV, but you need to do your homework. The picture is great on this TV, the internet is capable but it depends on your service provider. As always the price of this TV will come down in price, but it was well worth the purchase.

Overall I really like the TV. I was really bummed to realize the TV did NOT have 1 of each composite and component connectors. I had read reviews and tech specs on mutiple sites as well as Samsung and each time they were listed as separate connectors. Now I have to buy a "WII to HDMI" convertor to attach the WII to TV; already using TV component/composite connectors for surround system, so only HDMI connector left for WII. Also, wish Mute icon did not display on TV.

This tv was one of my best purchases. I shopped around for weeks, reading reviews,and price shopping. Best buy was the top for price and availability. Also when the price dropped $100 2 weeks later they gave me the savings back since I was within 30days. Amazing TV and even better service.

The TV is great for viewing 1080i and p movies and programming. The only downside is that anything in 720 does not look so great. Unfortunately a ton of cable programming is in 720. Gaming has been great on it and movies are incredible. The internet functions are nice with netflix.

I needed a new TV because my Samsung plasma began developing dead black lines across it. So I went with a LED TV this time also I really wanted the smart TV because we watch a lot of streaming video. For the first couple of weeks everything worked great then Samsung did an update now most of apps wont connect to the internet So I though I would delete a couple of them and redownload them from the app store on the TV but after doing it one of the apps that wont work is the app store. I was going to use the Samsung cares app that does troubleshooting and lets me chat with a rep but it doesnt work either. At first i thought maybe it just wasnt finding the internet but the facebook app (Which is really stinky by the way) still works. So as far as a tv goes its great as far as an internet streamer stinks Also where the power plug is on the back of the tv is also right where the bar runs for the VESA mount very hard to get it to hang up correctly

The unit was easy to install.the picture is unbeliveable.

Love the TV, have been a fan of Samsung for some time now. This is the 3rd one. First one was DLP, second one plasma, now this LED slim line. Would recommend to all! Picture is almost 3D quality!

Very pleased with my purchase. Costly but worth it. As the ol' saying goes,"You get what you pay for."I originally went in the store to purchase the Vizio 60" TV but when I seen the Samsung, there was a dramatic difference in the Picture quality.

This is our first Samsung. We are owners of two Bravias by Sony, and we love those as well. We would not hesitate to buy another Samsung Smart TV, or to recommend it to family and friends.

After setting the TV up I basked in the aw of how thin it was. Quickly my jaw lifted back into place and I started my battle with the ECO Sensor. The Eco Sensor is a new technology that is still in a early faze. It allows the TV to automatically dim or brighten to conserve power in a room. This feature might be nice in the future, but now its far from ready. Turning the feature off would be the obvious solution to unwanted dimming problems, but even the "off" feature doesn't work. Even when its switched off, the brightness and darkness of the screen keeps setting off the dorment feature. The only way to fix this is to have one of the brightness setting set to a specific number. This is quite problematic, seeing that the blacks are sub-par anyways. Besides the horrible Eco- Sensor, the smart TV feature is pathetic. Its clunky and only adds a higher price tag to the product because its called smart. If you need a LED go with a Vizio. If you want an amazing picture experience for this price go with a Panasonic Plasma. The ST50 is my recommendation (as well as CNETs).

I would like to see an app developed that allows your smart phone to control the mouse in the web browser, rather than using the arrows to try and navigate around the page. Other than that, I love the TV! Great investment!

OVERALL A GOOD TV FOR THE PRICE BUT SEE THE ABOVE FOR THE CONS.
