Customers are saying

Customers admire the excellent picture quality and the ease of setting up and connecting the TV to the internet. They appreciate the smart TV features and the sleek, thin design. While most are pleased with the TV's internet connectivity, a few find the remote control confusing.

    Power Supply Problems

I liked the TV okay until a few days ago. All I can say is if you are going to buy this Samsung TV, you better get as long of a warranty from Best Buy as possible. I did not get the warranty and my power supply went out after warranty was up. Not good service from Samsung. Best Buy would be much more pleasant to deal with. Common Power Supply problems from Samsung. I am getting it fixed and will get a Sharp or Sony from Best Buy next.

    Tv Broke after 2 years

I bought this Tv for over $2000 and it only lasted 2 years before no longer powering on. Of course it's now out of Samsungs 1 year warranty. After doing google searching, I realized it's a common problem. I took it to a Tv repair shop and was quoted $365.00 to replace the main board that has gone out. Samsung refuses to cover the repair. I will no longer be purchasing a Samsung product.
