I wasn't sure about the benefit of a curved screen, but my girlfriend immediately noticed the lack of glare no matter where she sat. Also, the setup and the built-in menu system is easy and works well.

great TV but may have internet connection issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.im not sure if was my internet or what but it took a long time before i could get connected to watch youtube and netflix...was possibly my xfinity...the geek squad told me there were known issues with samsung TVs and comcast but it seems to now be resolved....great picture quality and the 4K videos on youtube are amazing

The buttons are flush with the surface making them hard to find and give minimal feedback when pressed. Impossible to use in the dark and for those with dexterity problems difficult to use. What the remote can do is awesome -- if and when you can press the right button

The Samsung has a great picture and it’s very user friendly. Love the curved screen. Had the Geek Squad install and it was more than worth the money in terms of time and cleanup

Good TV for the price

However, Sony has gotten out of my price range. I was directed to Samsung. My son recommended a curved model for the room and while I hoped to buy a 65 inch I could not pass up the deal Best Buy gave me on the 55 inch open box. The color is crisp, the sound is good and while the remote is clumsy, this TV is definitely worth the price. Sporting events are so lifelike its incredible. It's my first flat screen Ultra HDTV and I couldn't be happier. I did buy the extended warranty because it was an open box but have had no problems yet.
