It is very nice but definitely not suitable for your average consumer - very expensive but if you’re a person who cares deeply about their television (and also having one that will be up to date for several years to come), and want the latest tech, and have the money to splurge, this is a good tv

I have been totally satisfied with the purchase as it has exceeded all of my expectations. Another benefit I have enjoyed is to be able to finally take advantage of my Amazon Prime benefit of downloading Amazon movies directly from within the TV settings.

The back cabling can be a little confusing, but should not take anyone more than 5 minutes to figure out. The picture quality is spectacular. There is a simplistic joy is being able to connect a sound bar through Bluetooth . I would highly recommend this purchase to anyone.

The sound is so clear and nice. I have a 5.1 system hooked to it but I don't use is as often this sounds so good without it. It comes in tuff and confident packaging so you feel good about leaving the store without opening the box to see if it is broken in any way. Love thisTV.

Great Picture Poor Sound

The picture is amazing but we noticed a weird cracking-popping sound every few minutes. We will be exchanging it this weekend and hope that the sound issue will be resolved.

Some of the metal or plastic material
The cracking sound might be caused by the expansion or contraction of the unit's metal or plastic material in response to temperature changes. While these noises are harmless to the TV's function, here are a few tips on how to reduce the expansion that may cause the noise:
1. Ensure there is enough ventilation for the set.
2. Make sure there are not any heating or a/c vents pointing directly to the TV.
3. Make sure the TV is placed on a flat and level surface.

Great picture

Got TV home and display still looks great. I set up Harmony remote for new television since I wasnot sure if I would like the remote that came with this TV. After a few month I learned how to use the TV remote with sound commands. Now I prefer the TV remote over the Harmony remote.

Samsung at its best

The picture quality is amazing and lifelike. Controls are simple and the voice command remote is small and very user friendly. I have a Samsung Plasma television that is over 10 years old with zero issues and is still going strong. I look forward to just as many with this one.
