Since day one keep having trouble with internet

I keep loosing my internet connection. And they keep resetting it. I told them that I think that the problem is the TV not my internet. I contacted ATT and everything check out. I don't have a problem with my laptop. I want to throw the TV in the garbage and go to HH Gregg. and buy a Sony.

The images are clear but words on the screen are fuzzy. The sound is a problem. I have it connected to a good sound bar but the volume is very inconsistent from one channel to the next. I just expected more from the reviews and what the sales person shared.

I been using this TV for a week and I have watched several movies in HD and a couple in 4k thru Amazon. The picture is very clean and clear,the colors are very natural and there is not problem with light and clear room. The sound is pecfect. The TV was easy to set up. The only problem I had during the set up process,I was not getting sound thru my Marantz receiver while using the APPS installed in the TV.However it was just an mistake I made while connecting the HDMI cable between the receiver and Samsung’s single HDMI hub.The HDMI CABLE MUST BE CONNECTED AT THE ARC PORT in the receiver and the ARC PORT in Samsung hub in order to get sound thru the receiver speakers. I am giving this hint since the TV does not bring any book to indicate this information and one can end wasting a lot time trying to figure it out. I will update this review in the future in case I have any problem.
