Not happy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was so excited when I made my purchase of the TV it's a great TV but what disappointed was I got it home and the next week they sent me and email advertising that the same tv I payed 1400 dollars for was now on sale for 840 dollars less than a week of my purchase call it bad timing or what ever I was just thinking that they could have said next week all TV's will be on sale come back then but no the took the 1400 hundredand the spit in my face by sending me a email saying that all TV 'S are on sale this week thanks a lot. I may have bought Two TVs had I known they would be on sale next week just saying

Way too many issues

Good features, but don't like the curved screen.

Screen is gone

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was purchased Oct 2017 and this month 10/2019 the tv screen just went crazy. I'm unable to watch on a full screen. It started with 2 lines going down the tv and then about 70% of the picture is now gone. Its basically mostly gray. I had just finish paying this TV off and now I will have to get a new one.

This TV is not good

This TV was supposed be an upgrade...I have made multiple calls to Geeksquad and Samsung about the motion delay and jittery picture.... nothing has helped.....this never happened on my last TV. Now, as I await a service visit from Geeksquad.... *None of my controllers work properly.... including the Samsung controller *Can't access the settings or menu with any controller to try and resolve this matter *TV sound will not work....in order to get any sound to my soundboard I have to physically unplug the TV....crazy!! * Can't access PlayStation for gaming of to watch a movie because again the TV will not respond to any controller to access different modes or HDMI Had to give it a 1star in order to complete review....would have been zero I am not happy! Steve

Best TV for redefining your viewing experience.

Picture quality is superb and the curved look is amazing. This Samsung Curved TV redefines the viewing experience and it has a versatile set of features that make it a decent performer in most usages. This has been the best TV purchase we made till date and I have bought several TVs throughout the years.

Curved TVs break easily

Set my whole wall design around it and it worked great with no wires showing. Unfortunately the fragile curved led broke and the tv went black. Had geek squad protection but got no satisfaction. Had to buy another one because of the connect one box design and they put them on sale. It was my cheapest way out. Now I am very careful with the TV--it is extremely fragile like fine china. Would not recommend the TV and make sure you know what you are really getting with geek squad protection because you are not getting much.

However, for the first time, I am not happy with my new TV. The sound on it is awful. I have to have the volume very high to hear it at normal level. Sometimes, the speaker(s)? make a growling sound.

It was fine, until it wasn't

Today, I went to turn it on and there was no picture, then it started to sound like it was turning itself off and on and there was nothing I could do to change that other than unplugging it. I spent an hour on a chat with Samsung tech support for them tell me that it sounded like an internal component had failed and I would need to schedule a service at my expense since the tv was out of warranty. Awesome. Not a happy customer for sure.

LOVE THIS TELEVISION!

Was not sure about the curve but it is great. I moved up from an older Sony to this Samsung and everyday my wife and I just marvel at the picture.
