    This curved Samsung tv has a quality feel to it, i especially love the HDR ( high dynamic range ) feature it has. The HDR makes pictures and sound so vibrant, warm and cheery ! If you want to be happy, then this is a must have ! ^ , ^

    Would never buy this product again. It keeps shutting down along with the cable box. It shuts itself down sometimes twice in a half hour and i've only had this TV less than 30 days!

    Tv turned off and on by it's self. Read review and they said it had issue with resistors over heating. Because they were not sized property.

    First off, the sales person and sales manager were amazing. They talked to us, let us walk around and keyed in to my dilemma between what I knew and wanted and what I came for and planned to spend. Plus, they listened to my dilemma about center stand vs. two legged stand. When I asked the manager what she felt was the highest quality at the lowest price, she found the exact TV I had been eyeing but it was a not in my price range...and found it at a price that I could live with. The sales guy then took over and told us the legs were moveable, which meant the TV WOULD fit on my stand! Although my wallet was a little lighter, after getting it set up, my entire family is in awe of this wonderful TV. As wonderful as this TV is, I have to give cudos to the sales staff at the Santa Clarita Store. I think I am as impressed by them as I am the TV. CUDOS Best Buy, cudos.

    I have had this TV for about 8 months now and I really love it! Bright crisp picture and very life-like. I have not found anything negative about this specific TV. My daughter says it's like being at the movies...the picture is that good.

    Didnt need the curve but is has turned out to be a Great TV. Sound is pretty good even though we dont us it. Picture is Crisp and Clear. Would for sure recommend this one if you are on the fence about spending more on OLED. Unless you are a true videophile this one has a Fantastic picture. We have gotten used to Soap Opera effect which you can disable but we are used to it now and watch everything with it. We bought for 999 at Best Buy . If this ever gets down to 700 then I will buy another for the bedroom.

    Took 2 weeks of trying to calibrate..finally ok

    I had a Sharp aquos 4k(which lasted all of 2 years) and b4 that another samsung 1080p. When I first turned this thing on I could not believe how dark the picture was. On every picture mode it was too dark-watching a basketball game you could not see any faces. I read all of te reviews...again...and tried all of the different calibrations from the so-called experts. Honestly their recommended calibrations suck-all very similar on the dullest mode (movie) with a warm picture that just takes all of the color and brightness out. Only good advice was turning off all the eco-mode crap. Still, very dull and lifeless. I really thought I made a huge mistake and was ready to return it but visited Best Buy again and talked to a mgr there and he recommended turning the backlight up. EVERY calibration video and article has it set real low-why I have NO idea. I turned it up and as I did it i saw the picture and colors come alive-I have it all the way up and love it that way. NOW it looks bright, colorful, awesome. I a bit bothered by the fact that i do have to turn any setting all the way up to get a great picture therefore this set loses 2 stars........

    I have a Samsung UN60F7100 60-Inch 1080p 240Hz 3D Ultra Slim Smart LED HDTV that blows this "4K Ultra HD" TV out of the water. When we set this new TV up, we were very let down at how much WORSE it looks than our older TV. It's not even close....the 1080p TV just destroys this "ultra HD" set. I looked up the best settings for the 4K TV and adjusted them accordingly and it didn't help at all. I unhooked the new TV, put the old one back in its place, and will be returning this TV. Come on Samsung, really?

      Please know that the quality of the image on your screen also depends on the source and the connection.
      HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing; and when possible, 4k Content will provide the best picture quality. The closer the signal is to 4K, the better it will look coming out.
      In addition, the quality of the streaming content depends largely on the speed of your internet, as most content providers have adaptive streaming that would automatically adjust the image quality based on the network bandwidth.

    We purchased this tv in December of 2016 and in the beginning of april of 2018 the tv started turning off and on by itself while watching a tv program. There is maybe 3-5 seconds between on/off. We tried leaving unplugged for 24 hours and nothing's changed. We called Samsung support and they basically told us there was nothing they could or would do. We did not purchase the extended warranty. Who would have thought the tv would stop working before it was even 1 1/2 years old. I have read several reviews that have had the same problem but Samsung has yet to find a solution or fix the problem.

    If you have DirecTv or cable - beware. The one connect system is not very compatible with cable. Out tv would turn itself off; turn off cable; change inputs and turn off the sound. The motherboard and one connect were replaced and still had problems! Samsung customer service was not helpful. The Geek Squad and Best Buy manager at Hurst, TX were amazing. We did an exception trade for a Sony. Loved the Samsung picture, but not all the problems!
