Purchased after my Plasma died. Wasn't sure about the LED. Very happy. Have always purchased Samsung, and have never been disappointed.

Don't always assume you have to spend thousands on tv! This item was recommended by an employee and I'm glad I went along with the purchase

Everything is great except the volume control. It is hard to hear unless you turn it up to 100 which is the highest it will go. I even bought extra speakers. It has helped some but not that much.

This was the first time I invested in a large tv and I am very happy with it so far. I do wish the smart tv capabilities allowed me to download more apps, but the tv doesnt run android or iOS.

Have had no regrets with Samsung ever since my 1st phone. No regrets now on this purchase as well and the customer service was awesome!

I like it BUT, the screen is black and shiny and reflects the table lamp by my wifes chair. I am sure it reflects from my light also. It took awhile to get used to the remote but now it is a breeze.

You can definitely tell the difference in the 4K to regular HD. Tv is easy to set up and navigate

The picture size, color and quality is excellent. Great for watching all sports. I am still trying to adjust the sound to my likings.

We have two other Samsung tv's in home and are very pleased. We purchased rhis tv for our second home. The tv and deal were great.

Have been a Samsung customer for a long time and have always found Samsung to be on the cutting edge in terms of quality and smart TV app offerings. It seems however Samsung is deviating from their quality in terms of customer information disclosure and service. Here are my discoveries after buying the model: 1. Not all Smart Apps are available across all models. Based on the TV, the apps may or may not be compatible. Normally I would be okay with this when comparing older models to newer models. However, they still offer those apps in older models and does not offer the app on some new models. Examples: BBC News, Plex. It seems different pricing gets you different "Smart TV". I double checked on Samsung's website and there's nothing that mentions this. 2. The TV's flash player is extremely rudimentary. Samsung claims it's "basic flash player". However, up until now I have not been able to play any streaming content using the web browser. The "Full Web-Browser" is misleading.

I thought I was getting a 4KUHD even my geek squad reflects I bought a 4K but reality is it's just a UHD. Should have paid closer attention. TV is okay but wasn't what I thought I was getting.

Samsung SHUD 55" tv is a great tv with build in Internet that is easy to access. The display is very fast to display when turn on.

Always a great experience when I go in the store my salesperson knows exactly what I need and asks how many do I need, I love that.

I am very pleased with this TV, but more pleased with the installation performed by the Geek Squad. Very professional

Resolution looks great.. very responsive. Updates regularly. Only issue is sometimes the HDMI don't connect automatically.

With a confusing array of models and choices today, we (the family) are happy ... for TVs, we made our "best buys" at Best Buy.

It's entry level 4K tv with many USB and hdmi slots. Not really good picture when viewed from angle. So you have to watch the screen directly in front of it. Overall good for the price
