It needs to be reset often which is a real pain. I've done other research and found that the smart hub of this tv is just no good. I'm not really loving the picture either but I guess thats just what you get for the money.

Basic 4k model

A line appeared on the screen (purple dark vertical line). However after calling samsung customer service the whole front panel was replaced with new screen with no additional charges.
