    Easy setup and use, amazing picture, good sound, and best of all... great price! Can't attest to its longevity as we've only had it 2 days, but so far it's functioned beyond expectation. Have used cable box (Fios), Xbox One, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go, Pandora, YouTube, and Samsung Smart View App for Android. Highly satisfied so far!

    Not impressed with colors r picture. The guide n options to use aren't easy. Doesn't have a lot of HDMI ports

    Based on the box, I thought the t.v. would be bigger and we kept having issues when you pick a app like Netflix the screen just stays black

    TV ok. Sound bar does not work with all programming. Squad installed twice as first installation not acceptable. Extra holes in wall now. ☹️

    This was a good buy and it works well but it seems the picture on our old Sharp LCD Aquos is better--especially from a side angle.

    The tv is ok. There are some judder issues that I wish it didn't have. We got it on sale so the price was right.

    The TV's apps are garbage, the apps never work when you need. I had a trouble call with Samsung about Netflix app and the fix was to unplug the TV while was running. I had other issues with other apps, guess what I did, yep, unplugged the TV to fix it. I think I had to unplug this TV for at least 50 times in one year. I would not recommend this TV.

    Picture is hard to nail down. Lots of faces have a red tint to them. Software is a bit glitchy but works.

    My TV goes dark from time to time and then goes back to normal When we turn it on it shows 1080p not 2160p as advertised. Not happy with installers, they could not program the remote we had to do it.
