    The tv has too be shut on off with cox remote...and doesnt always shut off

    Purchased this TV two years ago everything about it was great. But now there is two dark blue spots on each corner on top. I purchased a five year warranty from geek squad I called and they explained it is not covered.

    Black background is Horrible!!!!

    On many shows, when there is a scene with a black background, it is not solid black. There blotches of grey throughout the black and it looks terrible!!!! I bought this based on Consumer Reports review and the recommendation from the Best Buy clerk.

    We have a lot of Samsung products, tvs/washer/dryer/fridge and we have never had a product until this tv. We have had this tv for 2 years and it died. We were watching tv when we got the flashing red light. I have heard a lot of people complaining about samsung products but I ignored them. Not any more. I don't think I will ever purchase another Samsung product. I'm very disappointed that they make products that only last 2 years.

    i like the tv but the audio port doesnt work and that picture was acting up i think that this one is defective and i will return it and try again to see if the tv is actually great but i did get the tv for a great price

    Great picture no internet connection. I 'm seeing wifi networks I've never seen before on other devices. It's not a matter of distance from the router as the lousy customer service person that I knew more than was trying to tell me. Tried everything I've found on the internet and nothing is working. Geek squad is next, then this junk pile is going back. EVERY Samsung I've bought has had issues out of the box. They didn't even ask about the latest firmware update. I had to.

    Have had program issues and had to set it back to factory presets also had to have the screen replaced after only 3 months - disappointed with Samsung quality and their customer service is horrible

    I am disappointed that the picture is not an improvement from the 55" Samsung I have had for seven years old. Thought ultra high def would be better. Don't know if some adjustments would help.
