    I brought this TV online because, it said Ultra 4K HD Tv, well. this piece of cr*p does not look like HD, not even close. All color are pale, no matter what setting you choose. My old tv show better colors. I am Complete disappointment. Don't waste your money or your time buying this piece of cr*p. Highway robbery!!

      Thank you for your review of this Samsung TV. It sounds like this might be due to the ECO Sensor or Motion Lighting features. These features automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV in response to ambient light level, and on-screen movements to reduce power consumption.

    Do not even think about buying this TV!!! The software had lots of bugs, at least ones a week at need to unplug it in other to connect to WiFi. This was per Samsung specifications. After 3 years it started to show purple spots, now it's trash trash....

    Horizontal line on the screen

    I bought this product on May 2016 at Best buy store. About 6 weeks ago, I have noticed a little thin horizontal line on right hand side of the screen. The line has been gradually increasing since then and it is almost 1 inch thick. I’m really disappointed with the Samsung quality and support.

    This TV was on sale for $699 and I purchased it to replace an older Samsung LED (UN55D7000LFXZA). It is now mounted to my wall and I could not be more pleased with the display quality. Blacks seem excellent and colors are vivid. The sound coming out of the TV speakers is the best I have heard for TV speaker quality. The remote is very simplistic and has an economy quality feel to it but it functions well enough for me and I cannot complain at these prices. The Samsung's built-in wireless AC is perfect and fast since I already use a 802.11AC router , so one less wire to plug in. All in all I am loving my new 4K Samsung HDTV and bought it at a great price. I had the TV delivered and the Best Buy crew were prompt and efficient.

    I purchased this TV online, went to the store for pickup and was told by 3 different associates that it is a stripped down version made specific to sell cheap for the holidays. No Thank You, returned it before I even left the store and splurged on a Sony

    Tv died within 6 months and Samsung customer service just plays this game where they tell you they will call you buy never do. I have called every day for the past week and still no answers.

    I purchased this TV Feb 2017. The TV started to flicker after a few months. No worries called Samsung someone came out it was repaired. Well yesterday the exact same thing happened. Now I have no TV it is without a warranty

    Within 16 days of opening the box it stopped working, and BestBuy would not exchange my tv for a new one. What a great way to make a customer happy! Spent over 700 for a junk of a tv. Do not buy this TV

    glass did not adhere very well and one corner is loose. Yes I cleaned it with the cloth provided and did as instructed. Product was also very expensive for what you got. I feel I should get my money back

    I bought this TV 3 years ago and it already broken. It is slow to turn on and off and I cannot navigate the menu. I won't buy a Samsung TV again.

    This is a great mid-priced 4K TV. It has a beautiful picture especially when viewing real 4K media (Netflx has some). If you're looking for a great TV with very good downloadable apps I highly recommend it. Where Samsung has reduced the cost is in the number of HDMI inputs, the remote doesn't have voice control or moving cursors (it's just a regular remote) & this isn't a high speed refresh like some of the more expensive ones for sports (but I can't tell the difference) Overall, this is a great TV at a great price. If you're not looking for the more expensive high end features this TV is a great choice.

    Like trump always says...its huuuuge! how am i supposed to mount this on a wall when its 8in thick and weighs a whopping 100lbs. i dont know what samsung is doing... get a sony :)

    The TV was disfunctional in just 1 month and the service guy took like 4 days to have that fixed coz the motherboard was fused. I would not recommend to buy this TV.

    Open Box Steal!

    I found this Samsung beauty marked as an open box at my local Best Best for $630. But as luck would have it, I met the sales manager to discuss the price and it turns out I worked for him (at Best Buy) nearly ten years ago. After a brief reminisce, I got down to business and secured my 55" 4K TV for $550. The Home Theater employee he had finish my transaction nearly dropped his jaw at the price! When I got it home and opened it up, it was perfect. All the accessories were in the box and the unit did not have a single fingerprint. Setup was super easy. Immediately I was blown away by the superb picture quality. It made my old flat-screen seem like an antique. Video is vivid and accurate. Sound is far above what I was expecting. I'm able to get great fill without turning on my surround sound system. What's even better, the unit automatically adjusts the video quality based on ambient light it senses while also 'magically' upscaling your 1080p input to mimic 4K. I don't know that I would have paid the on sale price of $699 for this TV (as you can find comparable spec TVs for less) but at $650, it's a deal. At $550, it's a steal!!
