    EXTREMELY Fragile

    My brand new TV cracked right down the middle while adjusting it on my wall mount. It wasn't covered under the extended warranty and when I called Samsung they gave me the runaround. Hanging up on me once, giving me two nonworking phone numbers for technicians to come check it out - which never happened. I wasn't even treated like a human until I waited on the phone the fifth time around for 30 minutes to talk to a supervisor - who told me I am SOL. I have always owned Samsung everything (refrigerator, computer monitors, phones, TVs) and I will NEVER purchase a Samsung product again due to their poor customer service.

    when you get to 4K resolutions, the refresh rate is 30hz!!!! what does that mean you say? It looks like garbage, definitely forget using a computer with this. You need at least 60hz for this to be decent, and even though it says 60hz on the box, it's really only 30.

    Picture quality is great that's it, had to disable all the "smart features" due to losing volume control. Now the power cycles on an off constantly. I have only had this tv 2 years not impressed an DO NOT recommend this tv.

    Great quality

    The overall quality of the product is great. The one thing I am extremely disappointed with is the lack of AV ports. I enjoy playing old game systems with AV connection and the ones on this tv are like nothing I've seen and did not work with my av connected consoles.

    We have now had this tv for 1.5 years. At one year the tv just stopped working with the red light just blinking. Of course it was as soona s the warranty was over. Well we now have a tv just hanging on the wall doing nothing. Will never buy another samsung tv again. All our visio's last for years! Not samsung just one year. Advise against this purchase. Too much money to throw away....

    Worked great for 2 years then stopped

    Stopped working after 25 months. Mind you this is right after the warranty ran out! I loved this tv but after spending what I spent think it was close to 800+$ I am no longer a fan of Samsung. I have switched to LG and haven't had any issues. The tv turns on but it is a blue screen. At this point, it's probably cheaper to just throw it away.

    Less than 60 days after purchase screen go's black intermittently. Samsung sent me a new power cord, no help. I have at least ten calls into support. Today I took the morning off as the repair tech was supposed to come ( Wilson Park TV and Radio). They just called me, Tech called in sick. No support from Samsung or Best Buy. Don't Buy it!

    Bought this TV about 2 years ago. The motherboard and ribbon cable gave out. Samsung customer service is bad, and they're so called service center technician is even worse. My RCA TV lasted over 10 years and is still running compared to this paperweight. Should have learned from the bad reviews.

    If you want a tv only for two years or less this is your best pick! After two years, the tv cannot connect to internet and the response from the technical service was to replace the tv. Great piece of garbage! I would never recommend samsung!

    Samsung tv. you suck took off you tube and hbo go and many more. Don't want to spend the money figuring out an update. This is the last Samsung product I am buying. This is the second run in I have had with Samsung. I can not deal with you lack of customer care. My product is only 4 years old

    Bought it in Nov 2016, not even two years and TV just wont turn on.. the red light is flashing like strobe and doesn't matter how long i keep it unplugged. it doesn't come on.. i'm gonna use it as a table for poker night.

    This was a fine TV until it died. I have been battling Samsung for the last two weeks to get it resolved under warranty. I am told it will still be 1-2 weeks before it will be resolved. It lasted 5 months.
