I have been looking at replacing our TV for a while now, but it was still working so why bother. When our TV started to go out I had been looking at the Samsung models. I liked the features this one had best. I am glad I waited because I got a great deal on this model. So far the picture is great. Works good with cable, Roku and Xbox. Sound is not great, but did not expect it to be. Love the built in interface with the remote.

I was waiting for a good deal on a 4K smart TV and this one became available during one of Best Buy's awesome sale events. I used my Bucks and got an amazing deal. Not only did I get a great deal, I got an awesome TV! Samsung's apps are the best. Picture quality is amazing, small bezel makes it look modern and flat panels look better wall mounted rather than a curved TV. You can't get a better smart TV in this price range.

I didn't need any help setting it up, just plugged it in and the picture is great. Not sure I can tell any difference between this 4k and my normal HD but it's not worse. I haven't figured out all the bells and whistles yet, but it's got a lot of them. I thought it was a great price for the 4k and size, 55 inches. My only complaint so far is that it gets dim when I dim the lights, but that may be my lack of experience with the settings.

Sharpness of the picture is stunning. New style remote with no number pad on it is different, but OK.

We bought this TV after seeing advertised in a Bestbuy flyer. Got the store and was told they were sold out in a 3 state area. Saw it again 2 weeks later on their website for under $500 and bought it. So far the picture has been outstanding and other people seeing it say the same. Would by another. Maybe should have gone bigger size, It's all picture on the wall. Very little frame. If it lasts it will have been a good purchase.

It has a nice picture and sound quality. The Smart TV features are really fun and easy to use.

My family is really enjoying this TV now. But we had to exchange it after only 3-4 days of usage. The initial unit would fail to bring up the "keyboard" to allow us to search for anything via text. And with the simplified remote, there's definitely limitations on what you can do if you're unable to type in what you're looking for, or trying to do. But Best Buy allowed us to exchange for a new unit and it's been working great. The picture is much better than our previous 1080p HDTV. The smart applications are much faster also than our previous unit which is now about 5 years old.

About 6 years ago I bought a Samsung SmartTV and was very impressed. Moved to a larger space and needed another TV. I purchased this one because the last Samsung was so good and I have to say that it has exceeded my expectations. I love the picture, the interface, and basically everything about it. And the price was great. I know people that spent way more and got way less of a TV. Can't go wrong with a Samsung TV.
