I bought it in an open box..the salesman said that a costumer brought it back because it's not working and it sleeps..but I think they just don't know how to operate it or connect it to the cable.anyway,Best Buy tested the Tv and it turned out working good and there's no problem at all..so they put it back to the shelf and I found it in a less expensive price snd bought it..perfect for my living room..

Bought this tv for under $500. Great clear picture and easy setup. Like the cast options straight to the tv. Apps could use a bit of tweaking.

2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV has an awesome picture. Also, it was very easy to set-up.

I bought Samsung 55 and LG 65 inch. Samsung is the winner. Should have bought the Samsung 65.

Looked at several brands and decided the Samsung had best picture for this price point

Needed a new TV, wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. This tv was just right. Great size, good brand, easy to set up and a great price on sale.

I bought this to upgrade from my 39 inch 1080p. I love this TV. It has an upscaller in the settings that helps convert non 4k content into 4k. I also purchased the Samsung sound bar to complement the TV and they work as one cohesive unit. The remote itself is smart and can control all of your items. Even an Amazon fire TV. I now only use the TV remote for everything. Buy this TV. You will not regret it.

This TV is easy to use and has great quality. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Nice picture and well worth the price. Do not like the remote and still have to use 2 different remotes. Going on the web is not always easy.

I bought this tv after months of reading reviews. I am very satisfied with my choice given the price I paid and the big jump in quality from a 1080p tv. The picture and sound are great. At first I did not like the new remote, but now I can appreciate its simplicity and compact size. My only complaint is the blurring/choppy picture that occurs when a person/object moves too fast. I'm guessing that's where Hz makes a difference, but again for the price, I can't complain. Great 4K tv, especially if you're upgrading from a 1080p.

Awesome tv. Very clear picture, sounds good and very easy to use.

We bought this TV as an upgrade from our 48" LCD, and we are happy with the improvements we've seen compared to the old one. This is our first smart TV so some of the features took some getting used to. I did notice the TV itself will sometimes get software upgrades when connected to the internet, but we never noticed any interruption in performance when those downloaded and installed in the background.

Had been wanting a 4K 50" - 55" LCD TV in the $500 - $700 price range. Had made up my mind to go with the Vizio E-Series, but the week of the Super Bowl Best Buy had this set marked at $500. The picture is excellent. The integrated apps (Netflix / YouTube / Amazon) are well done and work great with the intuitive, ergonomic remote. The speakers are average, but its easy enough to address with a soundbar.

This TV is everything I hoped it would be. Big and beautiful with a clear, bright picture and great sound. Plus the delivery was on time and quick and professional, even though the guys had to carry this thing up two flights of stairs in almost triple digit heat. Well done. My only small complaint was that it took a while to learn the intricacies of the futuristic remote control. But now I got it licked.

TV has great picture. Love the smart features. Easy to install on an extension arm.

The only drawback is the sound. But that's pretty much every tv ever so not a big deal, pick up a sound bar and your set. I love how when you turn the tv on when it's set for, let say, a Playstation, it turns it on and the same is true in reverse. If you turn on the console then the tv switches on set to that input. You can also set your hot bar to what you use the most. Overall, a really good buy.

Love my new tv. Beautiful picture easy to set up and use.. Would recommend this tv.
