Perfect Picture, Sound Sub-par

As much as I was impressed with the quality of the picture, I was equally disappointed in the sound quality. I have to turn my sound up to nearly 50+ to hear anything, let alone amplify the action that's on the screen....and no, I am not hard of hearing. LOL... It was a great open-box deal and would recommend this size t.v. (55") for a bedroom rather than a living room or media room. All in all, great deal for a great product! :)

Amazing Picture

We went to Best Buy with the intention of buying an LG but our sales associate strongly suggested we consider this Samsung model. The smart technology is incredibly easy to navigate and understand. This was quite an upgrade for us. My husband is head over heels in love with it, lol! We definitely made the right decision.

Great entry level 4k

Second, this is a great tv at a great price. I was blown away when we got it home and hooked it up (easy btw). My ONLY criticism is that some faster scenes can produce blur. I would not have expected this from a 240 hz refresh rate. But it is sometimes there. If you can deal with that, dont hesitate to buy. It looks great.

Being one of the cheaper 4K alternatives I was a little worried about the quality and picture but quickly felt the quality of this set is extremely good. I have been very happy with it and being using it for about 2 months now without any issues at all. I recommend it if you are looking for an inexpensive 4K TV option.
