Love the sound & great picture/color Love that it's a smart TV

Still working strong after 2 1/2 years. The only thing missing from this model is Bluetooth for the sound bar. The sales associate told me that it had this feature but after I mounted and installed I found out it didn’t. Wasn’t worth the time to remove and return. I hard lined the sound bar and all is good.

I researched this tv and others for weeks. We are very happy with this purchase. We had a 40" plasma tv that had lasted 14 yrs. Best Buy had a great price, and salesperson was very helpful in the purchase. The picture is great! We got the best value for the price.

Love this tv. Picture is crystal clear, set up was easy. The only thing that I do not like is that the apps that are available for this are junk! There are only 2 or 3 that I would actually ever use (netflix, amazon...). Wish they would get espn, or some of the other bigger channels so I dont have to plug my amazon fire stick into it to use them.

Tv has a great picture and easy to navigate. Have enjoyed this tv.

This is my long pending dream which has come true finally. TV is super good and picture quality is amazing including good sound quality. User Interface is simple and easy to operate. I am sure you would fall in love with this one for sure. Highly recommended

I now have the football team in the living room with us. And all the rest of TV world. Food looks like I could just reach it and have some. Our old TV wasn't really that old but I guess every year it makes a difference. Glad we got it - worth every penny as they say!

We purchased this TV for our great room. Our home is very open, and we can see the TV from our kitchen. This TV has a great picture if you are sitting directly in front of it. However, if you lay on the floor, it washes out slightly. If you try to watch it from even a 25 degree angle, it washes out slightly. If you try to watch it from a 45 degree or greater angle, it becomes VERY washed out. We're taking it back because there is only one seat in the great room that can see this TV at its best. If you have a living room that is relatively narrow, it may be a great TV for you, but if you want to be able to watch it from anywhere other than right in front of it, that's a different story. We are replacing a plasma TV that had great viewing angles but also a glare issue.

I can finally see descriptions on Netflix, etc. First thing I watched was a college football game and it was as if I was right on the field. Great having the Smart function so there is no need for extras for Prime, Netflix, etc. I can't fathom how I did without it/

We are extremely pleased with our New TV. Bestbuy delivered & set it up & we are very happy that we went with the 55". It was a super great price & we feel we have gotten a great deal on a wonderful TV. If your looking for a great TV at an awesome price - this is it!

Although been looking at TV's for months, this TV purchase was not planned and was an impulse by. The TV was a open box and priced very well so I said why not... Staff were helpful and I have DirectV and yes the picture quality is better than my 1080p TV it replaced.

This TV will be the center of your attention. It controls my TV and my Nvidia Shield as well. The picture is just outstanding when I stream Netflix 4K. And running a game on here is just breath taking.

This TV has a perfect picture quality and can't beat the price.

I went in for a 55" hd tv for my outdoor patio. Didn't want to spend the money on a 4K for outdoor. The two gentlemen that helped me out gave me a great deal and made it an easy decision. So happy I got the 4K for a brighter and clearer picture for outdoors.

Had this TV for over a year now. No complaints. Will recommend to everyone.
