This tv exceeded my expectations. I previously had a 40" Panasonic plasma which I've owned for about 7 years and I thought it was great, but this 55" HDTV 4K Smart TV from Samsung is amazing!! The picture and sound are quality are second to none!

This is an introductory level 4K tv that is cheaper than most 1080p televisions. The picture is amazing and the processor loads and exits all apps without any sort of issues. If you are looking for a cheap 4K tv buy this one it is amazing.

I really enjoy this TV. The picture is very clear and the menu is very easy to use to adjust anything. I currently use wifi for my internet connection and it's very fast on any of the apps. Highly recommend.

The tv has a bright ,sharp, colorful picture. We like the stand in the middle as it sits on our dresser in our bedroom. As we get older, we need bigger words on our screen. Has a tedious sleep timer, though most tvs'now do. Not sure why?

Bought this TV during flash sale for $549 for vacation home and have no regrets. Absolutely beautiful picture. Also have Samsung 60" 8000 series at home at 3 times the price and this one is as good or even better picture. Highly recommend.

Did some research on various tv's. Although my search is only limited to Samsung brand because of my soundbar and samsung phone. I very pleased with this model! Great picture and refresh rate is good. I would reccomend this tv to anyone.

Bought this as an open box product thus making it an excellent buy. Picture is fantastic, clear, bright and adjusting to the light. Sound is through a Bose theater system and is excellent. Perfect for streaming movies and TV shows.

Easy to set up. Lots of options for sound &picture

I've had this TV for a couple of years now and it has been a fantastic TV. It's not top of the line but it still has a great picture. I liked it so much I bought a higher-end 65 inch Samsung that I like a lot.

We had certain things we absolutely knew we wanted from a TV...and things we found out we wanted by getting information from the knowledgeable Best Buy sales staff. We are happy with this Samsung smart TV and its features and with its picture quality. We feel we made a really good purchase and are very happy with it.

The TV is great and is exactly what I expected. The picture at 1080P is great. Have not used it for any 4K content so cannot comment on that. Bought it on sale for $499 plus used reward points to get it even lower. Highly recommended.

It's been a great TV so far. This was a good bargain for what we use it for (RPG & FPS gaming/streaming). Don't feel that the smart tech is necessary for TVs so we don't use that function and it still fits our needs. For someone looking to upgrade an old TV but not needing the newest tech this was a good deal.

We have been waiting for the pricing of the 4K sets to get stable. This set is right in the middle of the quality ranking. We have been very glad that we waited. Picture is noticeably better than 1080 and not as sharp as OLED. Sound is good enough that we don't use our sound bar unless we are watching a movie.

The TV itself is fantastic. It has great picture quality, easy to use UI, and quick processing. The problem I had is that the screws in the mount supplied with the TV did not fit properly. I couldnt even tighten them to a sturdy grade by hand. One of the screws even cammed out as I tried to finish tightening it.

This TV, especially for the price point, is a perfect television. It provides ample connectivity, and, depending on your room size, is a TV that does not necessarily require a sound bar (few such TVs like that are left on the market).
