what could have been a bit of a problem because I don't have cable and only receive over the air channels was made easy with your staff's in store expertise, quick purchase process and , oh yes, the best darn deal on the TV anywhere

55"tV is like going to the theatre & watching the big screen. So nice to watch the Cav's finals game. Sure hope they win tonight. Pictur very good & the remote is great. Hope to buy a 50" one soon. My husband absolutely loves it.

The picture quality is amazing and the smart user interface is quick and easy to use. From off to on and streaming in under 10 seconds. Speakers have good sound but I added on a Samsung Sound Bar and have a great home theater setup.

This TV so far has been excellent. One of the features I like the most about it is the sound quality. Was considering buying a sound bar when I bought the TV, but after hearing the built in speakers, I decided I didn't need one.

I've had this TV for about 1 month now. The picture is crystal clear and I've had no issues as of yet. I've owned several samsung TV's throughout the years and never had any major issues, so I don't expect any with this TV either.

Very clear picture. Sound is a bit low. Need a sound bar for the full experience. Model offers very few apps. As of now, no cable company's app is compatible with this model, which has been disappointing. (Was hoping to cut my cable box rental fee by using the app as I was told I could, but that is not the case.)

Started with the LG which would reboot every few hours and got this instead. This has such a better picture and a nice menu system. Not as good a my Sony 4k but that one was three times the price so a great TV for this price range.

I purchased this tv in order to replace a smaller 32 inch Samsung I've had for close to 4 years which still runs great. This tv has not had any problems yet and looks great. I imagine it will provide years of flawless service!

I was looking to upgrade from my normal HDTV to 4K. I did a lot of research before purchasing. I also wanted to go big or go home. Best Buy had this tv on sale for $500, normally closer to $800-$1000. Such a steal I had to get it.

Decided to buy a Ultra HD 4K TV and Best Buy had this Samsung 55 inch on sale. Regular price was $799 and the best I could find on Amazon was $729. Sale price was way below this and I am very happy with the quality of the picture!

It shows TV shows in nice quality. Almost too nice. It confuses my dog though. He can't seem to figure out where the TV dogs go. However, he seems more engrossed in Bates Motel more than with the last TV. Overall, no complaints.

This 55" TV is perfect for our conference room. We have 4 tvs around the training/conference room to show videos, demos, etc and they each provide great quality and can be viewed by anyone in the room no matter the location.

Love this TV. We have been watching Youtube on it like crazy. Pandora is great too. We have it hung on our wall. Also sounds good for not having a surround sound yet. Pictures are amazing. As well as youtube videos. They seem so real.

This TV has a great picture! I did the research and visited the store a few times comparing it to a few others in the same price range before pulling the trigger, I am very happy with the picture quality and a very fair price!

This Samsung 55 class is wall hung, gives a excellent picture. I recommend a large room in which to view this large screen. A family room replacement of a split screen Pioneer. Very pleased with the picture this Samsung offers.

After looking at 4k tvs from Samsung, Sony and LG, I chose the 55" Samsung since it was heavily discounted and the display was good enough compared to the other brands. The only problem with it was setting up the stand - the screws didn't seat properly and I needed to put washers on them to get a tight fit.

This was a big upgrade for me and I am really enjoying it. I know its not the best available 4K out there, but lets be realistic, the picture on this set is better than my own vision. The real world isn't this sharp. Go for it.

This tv has a great quality picture. It is very crystal clear. Haven't figured out all the features yet, just haven't had the time to sit and play. The last few tv's have been Samsung, probably won't ever buy a different brand.

Best electronic purchase I've ever made. Held out from buying flatscreen as long as I could, because my clunky, big, old big TVs still worked. After buying this TV, I wish I would have done do years ago. The picture is amazing

Connected to the internet and with youtube, hulu, netflix, spotify and any other apps that are easily accessible at the bottom of the screen, who needs cable? The quality is great and it is a perfect fit in my living room.
