This tv is perfect for my needs and once you set up the apps you would like to use its a great tv. My only complaint would be the remote control, it's a very, very basic.

I got the TV during the January special price and I haven't got a chance yet to get use all the interactive features. The picture is awesome! But you'll need to get a UHD HDIM cord to get the maximum picture value though.

I was really pleased with the quality of the delivery team and the actual tv. I was a little hesitant spending so much on a tv but I love the purchase. The sound, quality, picture everything of it is better than I expected.

Bought this during Super Bowl sale period, and got a great deal. No issues so far, and an upgrade in picture quality from my previous LED. Hope Samsung will continue to add more apps and improve browser quality.

This tv is great and the colors are beautiful. Only reason it is receiving 4 instead of 5 stars is because sometimes the screen stays blank when it's turned on with the PlayStation 4. The sound is there but the visual feed isn't. Only way to fix it is to turn it off, unplug the power and start it again.

The new Samsung 4K is incredable. Fantastic screen and volume on the house speakers. The image on the screen is the best for the price. The sales man directed me to these TVS for their quality and I pur chased two of them.

Upgraded my 48" 1080p lcd tv. For almost the same price of $499 this 55" Samsung 4k smart tv was really a steal. There really is a huge difference between 4k and 1080. Highly recommended. Most importantly it's a Samsung.

Had done my research read reviews and chose this model Samsung and am really glad I did. Got it during the father's day wknd sale and love how the picture just pops off the screen, my sister even mentioned how much difference the dimension of the picture had, a depth that she noticed right away. It,s great.

This is my second smart Samsung. The picture is very fantastic, also the sound. But when using the smart features, such as Netflex and Youtube, it always hangs on loading. There's no problem with my internet speed. The other Samsung, which is 2-yr older works well with the same internet service.

We have had this tv almost a month and the picture still amazes me..it brings depth and clarity that will just continue to surprise you..the sound quality, and functionality are superb..i would highly recommend this tv

Was recommended by a coworker and I'm so glad I made this purchase. The picture is so clear it makes everything look so real!! Great sound and gets pretty loud too! Love it and would totally recommend this product.

The tv set is a great entry level smart 4k tv. If you are and expert then maybe you would notice some deficiencies on this tv's picture. Great for gaming, good smart features, and decent picture management. Judder present at times, if you don't know what that is then it probably won't bother you.

My family loves our new Samsung TV, the quality and size makes us feel like we're in our own private movie theater. We also purchased 4K HDMI cords to maximize our New TV viewing experience. Samsung is the only way to go!

Decent 4k TV. A lot of reflection, buggy and lacks "real" HDR. Still a good value at $500 or less.

Good TV for the price. I actually really liked the picture quality of the TV. I did miss the Bluetooth remote (why it got 4 stars instead of 5) and that ability. However, the receptacle for the bolt to mount to the TV arrived stripped, so I was unable to mount it securely, and had to return it.

I bought this TV because of the price it was at the time of purchase. The 4K aspect of it made me really enjoy this TV. The only downside to the TV is the remote, you have to scroll around to much to type things out.
