I bought this TV on 3/31/18 and it would turn itself on in the middle of the night or it would be on when I came home. Then one night the Wifi card just when out. I live in an apt so not only did it not show my Wifi but none of my neighbors either. I exchanged it for the same model on 4/9/18. This TV did the same thing, turned itself on and I had to turn the volume up to 60 to hear anything. I exchanged it again on 4/18/18 for the same model only I went to a different location. This time the color seemed off and after watching it for 45mins a line appeared on the right side. I had to bring it back on 4/19/18 and when I was at customer service another man was there returning his 40' samsung as well because it was defective! This time I learned my lesson and exchanged it for an LG.

This TV size fits perfect with whatever dimensions we get for check in baggage when we travel internationally. Best Size to take it to India!!

I hesitated since there’s a new 2018 model and this was the 2017 one. However my very nice sales person at Best Buy pointed out that not much is different between these models.

We really like this TV and it was really easy to install. It has a great picture and a lot of other features that we haven't checked out yet. I would recommend it to anyone.

I have always been a fan of Samsung and they came through again on this TV. Only complaint I have is the sound is worse than my older TV. The background noise (music etc) of the sound tends to over power the speech so need to turn up the volume. Hoping a soundbar will help.

apart from some difficulties after it was set up (we have 2 remotes, one that came with the tv, and one from the service provider) it is working fine and we are happy with it

I bought a tv and Xbox with controllers and games online. Everything went pretty good and I got my stuff on time without any trouble and everything is working perfectly fine.

I watch TV and that’s sums its up really. I don’t need all the bells and whistles that some of the more expensive TVs have today. I see no need to have of pay for them

I love this TV. Or should I say large screen entertainment device. Easily connect to WiFi. Awesome to streaming with Hulu or Netflix!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the image. It comes with hook ups for our old gaming systems as well. Truly a great new TV for those still using new and old electronics

Recently purchased this gift for my dad for his birthday and Father’s Day. He loves it! I happened to get it before the World Cup as well. Definitely would buy again!

The TV holds the wall up well. I hope to hang it tonight.

We had a problem with the tv, we had bought the insurance so them came to our house to look at it, ordered the part and then came back to fix it

Who'd have thought that you could get a 55" 4K TV for under $500? Well, you can! There is no better time to jump onto 4K and Samsung is one of the leaders in the industry.

Love my TV the geek squad techs were terrific explaining everything as they worked. Should have taken their advice and gotten a sound bar. Planning to!9

I bought this tv for myself as a gift for a new position at work. It’s one of my favorite things I’ve ever bought. Video games look amazing. 4K is beautiful
