I believe this tv was a steal. The overall quality is amazing. I would and have recommended this tv to others already!

Wanted to try for 4k out but they are all very expensive except for this TV was relatively cheap and I'm very happy great 4K TV especially for the price

Not too happy with the purchase TV was not right TV in box it was a defected TV same brand . Store manager was nicely kind to refund all money .

I've owned numerous Samsung TVs. All have had excellent styling with even better performance. This is no exception. I would own six of these if I could.

So far I love this TV. Had to research it online and ask for them to pull it out of inventory because it was not on display. It has been great so far.

My purchase experience at Best Buy was awesome. Josh the Television Sales Rep. was candid and very courteous. I recommend this Best Buy for future purchases!

This replaced a 1080p TV. The screen gets less glare than the previous samsung and the 4k display is good (for what little content we have to shoot there)

I own furnished apartments and have bought several Samsung flat screen Tv's from BestBuy. Their sales are great and their service has always been good.

Bought my first Smart TV. This one serves me well. All you need is internet and all is good. Yes sir, very satisfying.

I bought my TV in January 2018, the screen looks a little funny. Do I have any coverage for this? Or how do I find out if I bought any insurance?

Samsung makes great TVs. I was not sure which tv to buy since there were many options but I have enjoyed my new Samsumg tv in every conceivable way

Only real problem is direct sunlight has a lot of glare. Prefer to use it with the motion control off along with HDR off. I really like the center stand instead of the feet out at the edges. Works better for us.

Love my TV, but I didn't like the set up cost that I paid for. The techs that came to my home, didn't set up my console speakers for the Television.

I was a bit skeptical ar first, a top brand 55" 4K HDR TV for less than $500! Well its true. Great TV.

I'm in love with the image quality and the speed of this TV! I can switch between apps within seconds - super impressed with the no lag time!

Great TV for living room. Not overwhelming, can see good from the Kitchen. The usual Samsung add ons - very functional and great for streaming.

The TV has many nice features. Our only disappointment is the sound. We are having to turn the volume up very high, sometimes 80-90 to be able to hear it comfortably. I wasn't able to get a half star, the overall rating is 4.5.

I've had this for almost 2 years and all of a sudden the volume button does not work very well anymore but picture quality is amazing and got a really good deal.

Difficult to get television viewing to fill entire screen. I subscribe to ATT and none of the channels fill the screen. I've attempted to go to setup to tv screen viewing and cannot get it to fill the screen. I have the same issue watching HBO or any of the paid channels. The only time when the screen is full and very clear is when I'm watching Netflix. And this I commend Samsung for. The Smart feature of the Samsung tv works well. I have no idea how to address this issue. Frustrated. Why doesn't Best Buy advise of this upfront.
