My son who works at Bestbuy recommends either Sony or Samsung TVs. This purchase replaces the TV we had in our family room, which is now in our master bedroom. It didn’t disappoint. It has excellent picture quality. I had to adjust the color settings to my liking but other than that I have no complaints.

They should be the standard for all 55 inch TVs. Using the interface is easy, hooking it up is easy and turning it off and on is how I TV should work. Picture is amazing and not even having it hooked up to a sound system is fine. I play PS4 destiny and this makes the game look better than ever before

Very good quality for an entry level 4K TV. Bought it on Black Friday night in store, with additional price discount. Very simple and quick set up. I connected it to the Internet via LAN cable. Apps are very fast to load, Internet browser are fast and easy to navigate. My mom is 77 y.o. and she has no problem to use this TV. This TV has all apps I need, so, it no reason for me to use my Roku anymore. It has good picture and sound quality.

This was a great buy. The price was outstanding and the television is awesome! Can’t beat a Samsung!

Got this tv on Black Friday for $499. The picture is amazing and looks 3D on most movies. I really love the streaming cause I can bring up stuff on YouTube for my boys like baby shark etc... totally worth the money! Had it for about a month so still getting used to all the streaming stuff

Picked up this tv to replace a 42"tv in the bedroom. The picture clarity is fantastic. Really pleased with built in sound. The colors are amazing. Would buy again. Good price.

It's a solid tv. The HDR isn't true, but the UHD is a nice touch :) We love it, it's big, it's clear and has lots of colors.. Easy to use.. We'll be sticking with Samsung :)

Pictture quality is very good and smart tv apps are very easy to use. Before buying this tc, I thought 4K ultra hd picture quality would be automatic, not knowing I had to subscribe to 4K service though ny cable provider.

Bought this tv on black Friday for gaming. It definitely delivers. Very clear picture and high quality sound. Easy to assemble and navigate. The smart features are great too.

I give it 4.5 stars. I didn’t give it 5 stars for 2 minor reasons: A) the sound quality sucks. You definitely need a sound bar w/ it, which fortunately I have. I’ve found that flatscreen TVs larger than 32” all have a problem w/ the sound. And B) I can’t experience the 2160p because my cable transmits at 1080p. So I only experience the ultra high def when I pop in a DVD or Blu-ray. Otherwise, it’s perfect...Love it!

We bought this 55" Samsung UHD 4k Smart TV for a good price and have absolutely fallen in love with it! The picture is clear and crisp. It's a great size and comes with a stand which worked perfectly for our needs. The remote is easy to work as well. We absolutely love this TV!

My husband and I bought this TV for our new home and I've gotta say we are happy campers! We weren't sure about the 4k at the time, but shortly after buying we decided to watch Planet Earth on Netflix and IT LITERALLY FEELS LIKE YOU ARE LOOKING OUT A WINDOW. I also love that this TV comes equipped with all of the apps you would need, with an easy to navigate store to get additional apps. Now we love to sit and watch 4k videos on YouTube while we have friends and family over, so we can turn on our own music and really make a mood out of it. Seriously SO AWESOME.

Bought this tv last black friday at a very reasonable price. The picture quality is good and also the audio. First time user of a smart tv and this Samsung tv gives not only me but my family a very good experience.

I bought the 55" on the post black Friday sale and it took several days for it to arrive in the Clarksville store. Great help tying it into the back of my truck securely. Easy Setup and lots of adjustments available for picture, and it is excellent quality, using Dish.

My wife and I came into Best Buy looking for a new TV. We just bought our first home and needed something nice for the basement. We came to the store with the Vizio 65 inch D Series in mind. Not top of the line, but great price for a 4K TV. We browsed around, looked at other brands and luckily came across this Samsung. It was not on display so we took our chances. We got home, set it up, and instantly blown away. The picture quality is great. The 4K + HDR really makes a great picture. The sound is great. Set up was easy. Very user friendly interface. Outstanding TV. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

We bought this TV to replace a 52" Samsung that decided to be obstinate. The new TV is actually smaller than our 52" physically because of the newer design. We are enjoying the great picture and all the cool features that have become standard equipment with the new sets.

Got a screaming deal in this TV during Black Friday sale and it is impressive so far. For an entry level tv the picture is great. Maintains clear image even at near 90 degree viewing angle. Remote is very basic but you most likely will be using a cable remote to run it anyway. For this price point (and particularly on sale) this is a great TV set to go with. Typical Samsung quality at a great price.

This TV was a great buy! I have it hanging up in the bedroom and it looks great. It was very easy to set up and the picture is very crisp and clear. Best Buy delivered for me and they were very nice and came when they were supposed to. I’m very happy with this purchase.

This TV has been amazing! Perfect size for me and the "Soap Opera" affect didn't take to long to get used to and I love the way it looks now. I have had one issue with TV apps not streaming video after updating but I am talking with Samsung currently to get that fixed.
