Nearly every aspect of this TV is better than that one and while I can't speak to the longevity of the TV or much beyond out-of-the-box performance/picture quality but so far, so great. The viewing angle surprised me. The Hisense had a TERRIBLE viewing angle that pretty much made it unwatchable from one of our chairs. This TV shows hardly and picture quality issues from that angle. The UI is pretty good so far and again, light years above the Hisense. The blue shirts tried to talk me into this TV when I bought my Hisense but I didn't listen. I should have.
