Stopped working after less than 20 months
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought fall 2017, broke summer 2019. Started turning off and on constantly... every 5 sec it would turn off then about 2 sec would turn on. Then cycles over. Very disappointed. I inquired about service tech checking the issue was quoted about $120 to just check. Dispatch said through their experience, would cost $500!!?? I bought the TV under $500 inclusive of tax. I read/watched diy troubleshooting but nothing worked. I checked transistors and all seem ok. Thankfully a friend suggested unplugging the wifi module. Then turning it on. That actually worked. I’m hardwired anyways for internet so not a big deal for me. I was able to use this tv again. But I would never buy another Samsung because of this. Note that this issue happens to other models regardless of low mid or high class.

NFL Games Upgrade

Found out it had to do with a cable wire & there's no problem with the old 1 but the new 1 is bad when it comes to sound. You have to double your normal listening volume. Other than that, it's a nice telly.

Beautiful screen keeps dropping wifi

The only thing is it seems to be constantly loosing wifi connection I have to go in and re-establish the wifi at least once a day it might be the router not the tv but it doesn't happen to any of my other electronics.

Excellent picture, but HDMI ports were inop.

Had to hook up the TV via the coaxial cable to insure the TV picture and cable box was working. Picture was working, but not in HD. TV Returned to store.
