Great features, some issues

Also turns itself on randomly in the middle of the night. Have placed several calls to customer service. They have been nice enough but haven’t been able to solve the problem yet.

Quality doesn't last over time

The picture went out and apparently that’s a known issue without a cost effective fix. So this time I decided to just go for the Samsung, that’s usually what we buy, and get the full warranty. I’ve had it a few weeks now I think. It’s one of my more disappointing purchases. Before the LG gave out too soon, it was 10 times the tv this is. The picture quality is basic HD at best. The volume can’t seem to figure out where it should be. Maybe there are hidden settings I need to fix?? Why would they give it to you with anything less than standard user preferences though?
