Bought thanksgiving, got delivered Monday, set up Tuesday to a horrible picture quality. Called customer service to find out they are having issues with this one. Don't recommend

Love the picture quality on the TV, but it has about 1/10th as many apps as my fire tv and has issues staying connected to the internet

You get what you pay for. Has a lot of good features but not the greatest quality and unable to watch all broadcasts in full size must constantly switch from different screen sizes to be able to watch different channels.

Great for the price. Picture Quality is weak using digital coax. I am sure it would be better with HDMI but my cable box in 25ft away. Coax it is. Needs a speaker bar. Speakers on the unit are poor

We had the tv about 3 weeks and a colored line appeared from top to bottom. I am grateful that will be able to get another one but will have to make a 150 mile round trip to exchange it

Samsung has already been out because remote never worked. Called Samsung 2 hours after bringing TV home and setting up. Sent me another remote , still didn’t work. Sent technician out and IR panel needs replaced. Now they have to come out AGAIN because they didn’t have part. Love spending $600 on a TV that is broken out of box .

The design is sleek but the functionality is sub par. Started turning off and on automatically after a week of use.

It works just fine. I’ve had this TV for almost 2 years now. Sometimes the picture looks great, other times not so much. There is almost a delay or trail of picture movement when things move on the screen. There is nothing really special about the tv and the picture is nothing to write home about. Just a normal tv. I ended up buying a smaller more expensive Samsung and I love that one way more.

Was a gr8 TV until one day it just started turning self on and off and changing channels.. thank goodness it was still under warranty... Everything I have is Samsung and I've had good experience until this.. Samsung stood by the product with full purchase cost replacement, but have no warranty service contracts in the area.. thus the full purchase credit to where I bought it in 3 to 5 business days.. I love Black Friday! I purchased my TV on Sunday, 11-19-2017 and it was delivered on 11-22-2017. This set is very easy to set up, having had a similar 1080 P model from Samsung. The picture is incredibly good and I have never touched the advanced settings. The apps work very fast with no "warmup" time. Netflix, VUDU and Hulu are ones I use. After an hour or two, I was flying around the remote. It is not the cheapest TV, but has features like the 120 HZ refresh rate and upscaling of non-UHD broadcasts. Chromecast works great with it, too. I watched an old, old episode of Star Trek on CBS All Access to test it. Worked perfectly. Football is just super. This TV is a really good deal. Also, the delivery people from Best Buy did a fabulous job and even unboxed the set for me. I am 69 years old and would not have been able to lift the set by myself. Thanks very much, Best Buy.

Bought this 4k TV spring of 2018. I returned it 4 days later. It had poor quality picture (even when playing with the settings) and very bad angled viewing. If you weren't looking directly in front of the screen, the image was washed out (whitish). I returned this one and bought an LG 4k on Amazon. The LG is a much better TV.

great picture, easy setup, outstanding quality for the price.

Good tv though had an issue with a weird sound after shutting off tv. Had rep come 4 times and yet the noise still remains.

This TV comes with a lot of features, and a ton of apps, but it has a ton of problems. The TV flickers constantly, the apps fail "here-and-there," has gotten stuck a few times, and at one point 70% of the screen stopped working. Customer Service at Samsung is HORRIBLE so far, and I'm waiting for a technician to come out.

First, after you turn the TV on for (10 min +...) or so, the screen goes totally black for 10-25 sec. for no reason. Besides that, if you shared your screen with your smartphone, the image will start getting pixeled until it stops completely and interrupts the transmission. Also, I cannot connect to YouTube through the application. Also, I cannot connect to YouTube through the application.

I didn’t like the picture for a 4K tv it wasn’t that good I had to return it.

I find this TV to be frugal - functional - and FAIR priced . Picture is nice once adjusted to your liking . Remote is simple and straight forward . Connected easily to cable box via Onkyo receiver and digital optical . Sounds great & adequate picture adjustments . Connected to wireless internet easily and updated firmware . I have a firestick so don't know if I will use the built - in wifi that much . Sure , this is an entry level Samsung , but it meets my needs perfectly for under 500 $ . I unboxed and handled the TV alone - was very careful to not apply pressure to the screen ( cracks ) . Bottom line - good picture and ample adjustments and fairly priced .

I bought this as a doorbuster a week ahead of the actual Black Friday. This is one of the models that Samsung manufactures in big quantities ahead of the holidays - they are generally very similar to one of their regular models, minus a few features. As far as I can tell, the only differences between this and the regular MU6300 model are that the 6290 has a more basic remote control, and it is not Bluetooth-ready. Otherwise it appears to be the same TV. That said, I have no idea what else they might have skimped on inside the machine, but everything looks good to me. If you can live without a fancy remote and bluetooth, then you might as well save yourself $100 while you can. I gave it 4 stars because it has no analog audio output for my old hi-fi system. Converter is around 10 bucks, not a big deal. It also failed to find any local channels, of which there are 4 that other TVs find just fine with my antenna.

It could be better with quality and since its Samsung I thought it would have been good
