It was a good tv but I found one for a lower price from another company

Was a good tv until about a month ago. Now has three huge purple spots on the screen where pixels are going out. I have two other Samsung TV’s that have given me 0 problems. I’ve had one for 12 years.

Sound bar OK, bass unit fair, instructions were non existent

Picture quality was not as good as demonstrated....

After 2 yes the picture screen had a purple patch appear o let center of the screen. A purple shadow. Extremely disappointed and of course warranty ran outer a year. Always buy tended warranty.

I usually don’t write bad reviews. The tv wasn’t on display when I bought it, but I took a leap of faith based on past experiences with Samsung products. Once I got it home, I wasn’t pleased with the picture quality. The image was sharp, but the blacks, and overall brightness of the tv weren’t up to my level of satisfaction. I ended up exchanging the tv for something else offered from a different brand.

Bought Samsung for perceived quality. Wrong. Lasted 6 mo. My Sam's special Hitachi is going on 7 yrs old not 1 issue. This TV now will not recognize my hdmi inputs. It turns on, and shows all inputs being used but nothing works. BB was useless and Samsung support even more. I have some Rubiks 22 step process to get it working again only to have it revert back in less than 24 hrs. The 20 min reboot process is insane. I would of hoped it was covered under warranty but good luck with that. If u have a wks vacation to sit on the phone with reps trouble shooting u might get it working again.

For the price this is a very good TV especially for a entry level 4K TV. Easy to use applications and can connect via Bluetooth using Smartview on Samsung Galaxy phones. Love the simplicity of this TV.

Picture does not display correct. Any action movies or games show delay - very annoying to watch. The only reason I give it second star is for WiFi and more up to date features.

Nice picture head on not good for old black and white or when you go to the side picture not good. Had to return it and pick out a different one

Power supply blew the same day I bought it I changed it for the same one since that is what my family wanted since then it's been okay

I’ve had my TV for less than 10 months and the tv takes a long time to start. It seems like it wants to boot up and the Samsung logo appears in the screen then fakes off. Hard to explain. Now I don’t know where or who to call. It should have 1 year warranty but just the trouble of unmounting it from the wall. I give it 1 star.

Returned this TV because Open Box did not have remote...Tooks several trips

I've just had this TV for a few days now but felt compelled to give an early quick review. Not only was setup simple and easy the device detection worked flawlessly. One thing about this model is that the specs shown in the Best Buy site show that HDR (High Dynamic Range) is not supported. Actually this model does support HDR. Even my Roku detected the HDR. The other reason I know this model has DVR is that it's stated on the box and also in the TV settings. Just to verify the model I am talking about, it's the UN55MU6290FXZA.

Thought it was going to be at least a decent TV since it's from Samsung and the price tag was higher end, but the picture is SOO pixelated! I was really amazed how this can be sold at a store looking like that. I saw a few people buying this whilst in the return line and wished I said something...

My TV picture went dull looking tonight. I switched dvr's and no difference. The settings are in their original places. I'm now watching the 2K tv in the livving room. I bought this tv 16 months ago. The forums are correct, Samsung TV's are cheaply made these days.

Terrible. Picture quality was horrible. On screen movement was so unnatural at times I felt I might have a seizure watching it (I am not eplileptic). Made me feel sick to my stomach. The screen looks whitewashed and is not fixable with any setting change.

Trouble turning it on have to unplug n replug mad.

I was thinking I was upgrading from my old Samsung to this new 4 k not good picture I even brought some top of the line HMdi 4 k and still not a good pic to late to return the TV

We are really NOT happy with this Samsung 55" TV....there is movement that doesn't match the actors and it really hurts our eyes. Very disappointed, it is sad because we really love Samsung products, just not this one!!!
