Got a great deal on this tv during black Friday weekend specials. When watching tv or movies, it's like I'm right there, the picture is so clear.

Upgraded my 40” Samsung to a 55” Samsung 4K and love the size and colors. Great deal on Black Friday.

I purchased a 55" tv for my room and it looks great! The set process was very easy and did not take long to set up approximately 20-30mins. However, i purchased a Samsung 3 channel sound bar. When installing the prouduct. I had a problem with the subwoofer connecting to the sound bar, which took 40mins troubleshooting along with customer service help. The subwoofer did not connect and was defective. I had to disconnect everything placing into the box and taking it back to Best Buy which is 35mins away. I was highly upset to find something I've just purchase to be damage already before use. I wasn't offered anything for the inconvience but an exchange for the same product that I have installed and functioning properly. I was relieved the second sound bar and subwoofer worked perfectly without a problem.

This is my first 4K tv and it is awesome. I chose Samsung smart tv because my other devices are Samsung and I have to say it's awesome being able to connect my phone and tablet with Samsung connect. The picture quality is absolutely amazing. You certainly will not regret this tv.

This tv was a replacement for a plasma tv that we had. I love it. It has great crystal clear picture. Would definitely recommend this tv.

This was an upgrade from a plasma tv so there’s a big difference. There are issues with gaming because the refresh rate is low. Other than that, if you’re in the market for a quick upgrade and not a gamer this is a good buy.

The service was exceptional: quick, on time(actually earlier than I expected), the person who delivered my TV was very good at teaching me how to use the TV, he wasted no time, but was still friendly and courteous.

I already own this TV and bought a second one as a gift. Good colors, nice black levels, good software. A great value for the price.
