Incredible Picture!

In comparison to other 55' TV's of similar pricing this Samsung Blows them all out of the water! Always thought Samsung was over-rated, but for $500, Wow! Long story but after going through a couple other brand TV's including a "horrible TCL Roku TV", well, there is just no comparison. What a great buy for me. What a great TV this is.

Does everything I wanted it to do

Great TV

Depending on the show or movie you have to turn the volume up pretty high to hear it. Easily fixed with a sound bar if you are looking for a more movie feel experience. The apps that are synced with the TV work great & are easy to get to. I would definitely buy again.

Phenomenal Product

The colors are rich and vibrant. Paired with a Samsung surround sound system you certainly feel like you are in a theater. I highly recommend taking a very close look at this product if you are in the market for a TV that pretty much does it all. That's the reason I continue to be a very loyal Samsung customer.

We've had only one problem so far: Netflix would not open, and the screen went black. After doing some troubleshooting on the Netflix website for Samsung products, we had it back up and running within about 30 minutes.

Great price on 2017 model

Everything works seamlessly and advertised. Samsung Quality. We watch TV, movies, use Prime and Netflix. We do not game. Set-up was a breeze & connected to wifi w/out an issue. Stays connected. Picture is crisp & clear. The sound is good (but we aren't audiophiles) nor do we have it hooked up to any additional speakers.
