This is the TV you buy to have around the house in areas that are not the "Movie Theatre" room for the big family night. The brightness is good enough to be in well lighted rooms.

Very good choice for a first Smart TV

The only weakness is the audio which is a bit "thin" sounding. If the sound was better, I would rate it 5/5.
