I had to pay $99 for the setup and the etch did not do a good job as some of my streaming did not work (Amazon, Netflex). I had to wait for my tech savvy friend to fix it for me

Good picture sound quality poor

Have to put vol up to the 50's to get any quality sound

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this TV for almost 2 years now and it has stood up well the only complaint I have is that it will go to black screen for 5 - 10 seconds while you are watching a show and it doesn't matter if it is cable, streaming or a DVD.

volume can no longer be adjusted

Had internet connection problems
