    I thought the color would be alot better for all the bragging Samsung did. My Sharp tv still has the best picture of all the tvs.

    TV screen was cracked

    The Tv screen had an internal crack making the picture unwatchable. Best Buy Customer Service was amazing! When I called to tell them about the crack the first thing they said was " do you want us to replace it with the same TV or do you want something else?" I called on a Friday and they delivered a replacement on Monday. I haven't watched the new TV yet but I am going to assume it is as good as the one in the store.

    No sound, no solution! Don't Buy!

    Sound doesn't work and after reading reviews sounds like it is a common problem. Goes out and can't get it back on. Read all the solutions and sounds like at the least moving the HDMI cable to a different port is the only answer until that quits working. Frustrated, disappointed and won't walk in Best Buy and trust I'm buying a good product again without a lot of research.

    Purchased as a gift and thought that we could depend on a Samsung. However, a black shadowy strip appeared within a week. We exchanged it and then screen on the new TV stopped working within the day. Will not be purchasing a Samsung in the future.

    Very good budget TV

    Picked this TV up after my 2016 LG 55" 6150 started having issues. I received a credit for a new TV since the LG was unable to be repaired. This was the best TV available for the price and I am very happy with it. The website rtings has this model listed as the best budget 4K TV available so if you want a solid TV without breaking the bank this is your best bet.

    Poor service / purchased TV Memorial Day weekend - Geek Squad appointment two weeks later; TV damaged; next GS appt two weeks later; Need new TV; next installation two weeks later. Buy a TV - Memorial Day week - finally installed middle August???? Not great for customer service !!!!

    Setting this thing up was not difficult. The process steps you thru. Wireless logging in was a pain so did it via a hardwire network connection. It required a software update out of the box and this was easy to do and went flawlessly. It has a sturdy stand, much better than many other LED sets. The color is fantastic. The remote takes some getting use to and is not a quick study. (Means you might need to read the instruction book if it gives you trouble)

    I am very pleased with this purchase. Excellent picture. Good color and clarity. Very fast processor for the smart tv function. I have two Samsung smart tvs (55" & 60") and both are excellent but I can see the difference in the speed of the processor and this one is much faster. This is my 6th Samsung tv and I have been pleased with every one.

    I've had this TV for many years and aside from the rather new memory issues (I've solved the issue by getting a memory card) I couldn't of made a better purchase. The sound and picture as as good today as they were when I purchased the TV and I can see myself owning this TV for several more years without issue.

    Sharp Picture, Dominates Living Roon

    We upgraded from a 47" Samsung to this set. We have it plugged it into a Samsung entertainment suite and own 2 other Samsungs. Each one has been an upgrade in picture quality. The bluray disc's are sharper than before but we are waiting for a DirecTv equipment upgrade to see the sets potential.

    Great TV For The Price

    I've had this TV since the last week of October 2017 and I've been extremely happy with it. The picture is awesome for movies and TV. Just remember to turn off that advanced motion stuff and you'll be much happier. One thing I like is how easily it integrated my AppleTV 4K with the description and remote compatibility. The only included smart app I really use with the TV is the Amazon video one and it gets the job done. Overall, this is an excellent TV at its price point and you will not regret the purchase.
