Great TV, a few why not's

The remote for the TV makes it very hard to control the Cable Box. I Have Verizon FIOS and basic features work OK; even voice search works fine; but several features become very difficult and drive me to switch to the Cable Box remote way more often that I would like to do so. 2. Integration with my Amazon Alexa (Amazon Dot) is missing!!!! I can only turn the TV Off!!! Since from my phone I can control everything on the TV, why doesn't SAMSUNG add support so I can do the same via Alexa!!!! At least add some basic access to Alexa (change channel, volume up/down/mute, etc).
