Bought this to replace an older 1080p model that was 3D - This is not 3D but the picture quality is so much better and at 1/3 the price of the older 1080P models - I dropped the TV as I tried to mount on the wall - and it only suffered a minor crack to the plastic case - I think you may get better sound quality from the "lower" models because they are not as thin and have more room for the speakers - I'm pleased with my purchase.

Was hesitant on buying it but it was on sale for a good price. I haven’t had any problems with it except that my old Samsung soundbar doesn’t work quite like I wish it would. Can’t control the volume with the TV remote. But other than that, picture quality is amazing to me

This was quite a transformation, going from an analog tv to a 4k UHD wide screen. The only issue was looking for information on the type of changes needed to make the tv not look like the SOE (soap opera effect). Fortunately avsforum.com had all the necessary information we needed. All in all a great picture. Just make sure you make modifications needed to really appreciate the quality of the tv's performance.

Love the TV, but the screen is too easy to damage. My grand son threw something and it hit the bottom of the screen. Now I have a 4 inch vertical column of various colors.

For the price that I paid for this tv, it rocks!!!. Clarity is unreal and would recommend it.

Bought this tv for my home and it is just perfect. Fits great on the wall. Picture is just spectacular especially when watching football. I am very impressed with how clear the picture is. Glad I spent the money and for this tv. 55” is just perfect for my open floor plan house

We chose a TV and then Best Buy couldn't find it in the store. They gave us $ off for our patience and shipped a unit to us. Easy peasy. The unit was damaged ... looks like it had been returned as the plastic wrap was removed.. No problems. We called the store and they had one to replace. The unit was an upgrade from a 48? to 54 inch fitting the same wall mount stand. The 4K picture is fine. Would buy again.

Very pleased with this TV. I was surprised it has Bluetooth on it because there was no mention of it on the display, box or reviews. It was a little difficult to connect my Bluetooth speaker that’s why I rated it a 4 and not a 5. Picture clarity is great, especially with over the air antenna. Haven’t been able to utilize most of the apps because our internet is too slow. I would definitely recommend this TV.

This television was bought on sale for our bedroom, so I wasn’t expecting much. I’ve been pleasantly surprised with the quality. We have a much more expensive Samsung television for our living room, and this one is not too far behind in quality and features.

WE love this television. It is so awesome that we can't believe we went without a big screen TV for as long as we did. It feels like the excellence of this TV is making up for the years of denial. Thank you again Best Buy and the genius inventors of this awesome product!

This is a good TV but very complicate to set up. I tried to ask for some help from the Samsung 1 800 number with disastrous results. I was on the phone with 4 guys for a total of one and a half hour. Nobody could speak an average english , and at last the connection was so bad we couldn't hear each other and I hung up. Nowadays I believe electronics, like this tv , must be easy to operate and this is a real mess. I am still using 2 remotes because I couldn't synchronized the cable one !

Our new Samson tv has a great picture sound is great and my husband can hear it good ( hard hearing) always have had this brand of tv our last one worked great for 10years hope ‘‘tis one will also The price was right where we wanted also thank you Best Buy!!
