It was so easy ordering online and picking up at the store!

Our new Samsung 4 K TV is amazing. The picture is so different than a non 4 K TV. Movies look real. When I first received it we were wow how real it looks. Great TV. Great Service from Best Buy & it was a great value.

We bought these for a TV Studios Install.....enough said no?

Recently purchased this TV with gray/silver trim because I liked the slim profile look. After mounting TV and getting everything plugged in, the last thing I did was take off the protective film covering the gray trim. After slowly pulling off, I noticed some dark spots on the trim. Upon looking further, I see pieces of the gray trim finish on the protective film... it literally peeled the finish off! See pics attached Needless to say I was not happy that I had yet to even turn the TV on yet and it already had unsightly damage. More frustrating was the response I got from Samsung, saying this was considered "physical damage" and thus not covered by their warranty. In other words, I would have to pay to fix it!!! The fact that this can happen before the TV is even turned on speaks to the quality, or lack there of, of this product. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Great tv at a great price. Thinner and lighter than my other flat screens. Features all work well. Colors are amazing. Like the fact that the base is in the middle vs at the edges as I have it on an entertainment cabinet.
