Plug problems
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I usually buy Sony TVs but this one was cheaper. Had it for couple of years. About four times the apps would not work because it dropped my WiFi. Nothing would fix it and eventually returned on its own. The picture quality and sound are fine. One major flaw is the power plug. It simply falls out. I called Samsung and they sent me a new one. This one falls out too if lightly touched as in dusting. I have resorted to taping the plug to the back of the tv, which helps a tiny bit but it still falls out occasionally.
