Great TV. Need help with processor speed

The built in processor for the SMART TV component needs a memory upgrade. The Smart TV apps like YouTube took too long to load. Samsung should consider including a wireless keyboard with touch pad. This would make life so much easier.

Slowly in the 3 months we have had it all of the features have quit working. Now the remote will not pair with the TV so we can't use that. The voice recognition was slowly failing with no help from Samsung on each of the live chats with their techs. Finally since the remote died we have a tech coming for warranty repair. Have had great luck with Samsung in the past but would not recommend this TV to anyone.
