I got the tv out of the box and laid on my coffee table with a towel to protect the screen and as I was getting it settled on the tv stand the bottom left snapped off and then the rest pull off in four pieces and I had to catch the LED in my hand and try to fit in back in by the damage was already done. Customer service has put me off for several weeks and outside tv repair want to charge $588 to fix a $800 tv
