    The tv loses connection everyday. Even though it says connected to the internet . We have to unplug and plug back in everyday and then it magically works!

      Your router location and distance from the TV are important considerations -- having them both on the same floor with minimal interference blocking the signal (like a wall, etc.) will improve connection.     Not enough connectors and the chip can't handle an external speaker like a soundbar. It will lag. It's a bad TV, refresh rate is poor as well.

    I wouldn’t buy this again. I hassle an insignia before this, easy and quick to set up and use daily. This Samsung has a terrible remote and it a pain to navigate the systems.

    After one year and 8 months it's ridiculous how this TV has failed. I have been to Samsungs (website) reviews and there are over 30 or more customers with the same issue. The cost ($250 -$350) to repair the problem is more than the cost of the TV. Most of the complaints were all less than 2 years of having this TV. Some were within months. Why hasn't this problem been addressed and these models pulled from the market? A waste of money!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

    Ive had the tv since October of 2018 and the LEDs on the right side of the tv are already going out. Had it for less than 3 years. Too bad I didn't buy the Best Warranty I guess. I've never had a tv go out on me so this is my first experience with this. I've owned both LCD and LED panels and never had this experience. I hope my 65 inch curved Samsung LED doesn't do the same because I love that tv. Not so sure about Samsung now. Oh well.

    This is why I wait to review products. I have now had this TV for about 6 months and it’s nothing but trouble. Turn it off and pray it will turn back on.... and half the time when it will turn on the sound is wonky and you have to turn it off wait 10 minutes and hope it will turn on again. I thought buying a trusted brand would be better than one 1/2 the price but a major rip off. Also the WiFi Stinks I end up having to use an Apple TV or amazon stick to actually stream. Will never purchase this brand again

    Don’t buy this Tv unless you get a warranty. Have had the tv less then 3 months and the Main Board has already gone out. So now having to wait a week for the parts to get here and get it fixed. So I would never again buy a Samsung tv

    Had many Samsung before but there was a grey backlight shadow on the TV that just wouldn't go away regardless of positioning or settings. Returned and brought another TV.

    This tv has a sound issue every time I pause and unpause a show it changes the sound. Very frustrating. Great bright colors but dark picture is super dark hard to see.

    I return the item for a better TV to TV is great but I decide to upgrade to the QHD. QHD is a better TV and I decide to go for that otherwise the public is great

    Had been a decent TV. Was not happy with the "smart" feature as there was no way to reset or close open apps, except to turn off TV for an amount of time and hope it closed the apps. Today, a dark vertical band appeared on TV and after about an hour, it went dead. All information online shows this is a common issue and not feasible to fix. Very disappointing as I have always bought Samsung TVs.

    Bought this in early december now the tv it self is flickering going Darker and darker. Eventually this tv is going to be unusable AVOID!

    Bought brand new in 2018. 4 months after warranty ended a shadow appears on the screen. Need to be repaired. Called Samsung they said as good will they would repair it for free. I’m like great. Then a couple of days later they cancelled the warranty service Because no techs were available. Bull crap service crap product I will never buy Samsung again

    I purchased this tv when it was on sale on Black Friday and after couple months of owning it, things started going down hill, the tv will lose it sound when something is playing and then the sound will come back after 10 minutes, it’s really frustrating

    So this was my first 4k tv and I was buying it for the black Friday price well I see why these were so cheap the picture quality sucks I took this back right away spent a little more money and I'm extremely happy with the 7100 series
