Not streamer Friendly
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had high hopes with purchasing this Samsung TV, but the first thing I noticed was the enormous remote that came with it that is not user friendly by any means. I ignored it and was eager to test out the new TV. I do most of my television viewing through either Netflix, DirectTV Now or any other streaming service and I thought the "Smart" features that come with this TV would be convenient and make life easy like my TCL. I was wrong by a mile. When trying to access different streaming platforms i noticed my memory on the TV was already at 75% and there was nothing I could do about it, Samsung does not allow you to delete the services they install on their TV's. I connected the TV via Ethernet as I always have and instantly started having problems, it would constantly buffer or lose connection. Trying to watch a football game was ridiculous, almost to the point to where it wasn't worth it between the constant buffering and loosing connection and the poor true motion refresh technology I finally had enough and returned this TV after about 3 weeks. Very dissatisfied.

I was a little frustrated in the beginning because it didn't come with bluetooth like my previous Samsung TV so I couldn't connect it to my bluetooth speaker but its audio quality is very good and made it up for the lack of bluetooth.
