Lackluster at best

At the 550-650 range it is blatant name brand mark up. The picture, screen uniformity, and screen peak brightness are just not up to par. While its picture is great in a dark room, the screen uniformity shows its ugly face with light bleed and contrast fluctuations. Then there is the brightness, or lack there of. SDR looks brighter than the HDR content... in a completely dark room hdr on this tv appears muddy and lackluster. SDR with the same contrast and picture settings pops with much more vibrancy. This tv is simply not priced appropriately, and does not perform to the level that reviews would otherwise lead you to believe.

Please know that the NU7100 does come with HDR 10.
The HDR will be automatically enabled when connected to a device or streaming service that is outputting HDR content.
Some devices require that you activated in your device and you may need to activate in the TV.
To activate the HDR feature, go to HDMI UHD Color. Settings > General > HDMI UHD Color > Select Input
If the device is still not recognized please make sure that the HDMI cable is High Speed and also update both the TV and the connected device.

Pretty much every app you'd never need and then some. There are lots of settings to customize, though you can easily get lost as not all the settings are in an intuitive location. Overall though I definitely recommend this TV for the price point.

The speaker said are getting worse when we listen to it loud

I am glad I did, because the sales expert did not know much about this tv. He could not give me any kind of help when I was asking differences between a Sony and the Samsung. But so far I am happy with my purchase.
