Excellent TV

I couldn’t be happier with it, and the price was right. To top it off the team from Geek Squad who did the installation were fantastic. Thanks for everything Best Buy.

Good picture but kind of plain

My 2012 Samsung model 1080 LCD had more functions and would hook up to my 5g internet service. It was top of the line at the time. While the picture is nice on this 2018 model, it has less functions and it can't see 5g Internet service.

Though it has turned on a by itself a couple time in the middle of the night and scared my family.

This in particular I consider at a good price and start at the medium high level so more than this at the moment I do not need. I recommend it a lot, you will not regret it

Only complaint is that with all the various connector jacks provided, there is no headphone jack. To use headphones, you need to buy a full audio/speaker package or expensive wireless system. Silly.
