Great upgrade to the TV we had before in the living room. The sound is a little on the weak side, and the picture can occasionally be a little dark, but overall its a great buy!

I bought this as an opened box with no missing part at an excellent price deal; the TV has not much to say since Samsung electronic devices are state of the art; the image, screen resolution is amazing with HD signal.

I never had any TV other then Samsung all my life but I must say this TV is no different in any pick except its logo of Samsung vs LG. I got it on thanks giving for a cheaper price though and I am loving it !!!

Wow this television was purchased a while back. It was extremely excited about my 55in. I now have that television in my spare bedroom and got a 75 in for the living room.

Already own the 2018 65” Samsung. It’s been great for me. When my girlfriend’s Vizio tv failed, I knew what she needed to replace it with. This 55” has worked flawlessly with her cable tv & Netflix smart app.

The television is not being used as a smart tv, so I'm unable to review it's capabilities. My only disappointment in the set-up is that there was not assorted bolts to put the television on my wall mount.

The first thing I should mention is that other folks have left negative comments in regards to screen judder and I’ve noticed it as well. I can eliminate it though by setting the motion control to manual and adjusting it myself. Other than that, it’s what you would expect for $550 4k tv.

Great value! I searched various models of the same size and more expensive models offered equivalent options. I plan on getting 3 more and making an ultimate mancave with 4 in a rectangle. 110 inches diagonal!

Replaced a 50" with this 55" set, looks smaller because it has no frame. Best Buy delivered, installed & connected to cable, amp. & DVD Works ok except for volume control, gets louder during commercials, checked settings, still loud. Hope it lasts as long as last one (7 yrs)...

Great i pad. Big advantage is you start the old pad next to the new one. They transfer all the info automatically. Sorry you dont have a plug in round button. It went bad. I could have fixed the old one.

This TV works good, has a nice picture quality, and sound. Only reason why I give this TV 3 Stars is because it turns on by itself. This seems to be a known issue with this model based on the web.

I really enjoy my new 22" TV. Installed by Geek Squad in Thirty Minutes. They explained all functions, programmed, all stations & cleaned up all mess and card board. Advised that they would return if needed!

I bought this TV as a surprise for my sister and brother in law. They had a first gen awful Westinghouse 4K TV. This one offers HDR and great features. Me an a friend went half/half on it as it was a open box deal. Couldn’t beat the price. Thanks Best Buy!

Bought it about to years ago and no problems to date. I always buy Samsung Tv's so far it had always been a good choice. I have only gotten rid of them to upgrade.

Upgraded from a 37" Vizio, nothing wrong with it but decided to get into 4k. 6 months into owning this and have had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend if your looking top upgrade like I did.

Samsung makes great products! I live in that environment, with an oven, refrigerator, phone and now a Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR TV. Life couldn't get much easier connecting these all together!

I had purchased a smaller tv, but getting it home I realized it was simply too small for the room and the space. Store personnel could not have been more accommodating. TV looks great and works fantastic.

Just recently purchased after doing my due diligence. After a few weeks I'm very satisfied. I have a sound bar but have not hooked it up. The TV has really nice audio so haven't seen the need.

I could hardly believe my own eyes when I first saw my new Samsung NU7100. The UHD Black is incredible, plain and simple. The color range is in in the multi millions. It’s also a great tv for gaming.

My sales associate Simone was excellent! He fully explained the the different tiers of HD and what they did (and the price) I being on a budget got an excellent HD TV thanks to his product knowledge!
