    This is the second one of these televisions we’ve purchased. We purchased a 65’ inch the first time and wanted another one, for a smaller space, so we got a 55’!

    For the price it is the perfect television for the office , remote is very easy to use, the responce time of the remote is also quick. The option allows us at the office to browse and watch a variety of of platforms.

    It still amazes me that I got a 55" 4K UHD TV for only $600! Set-up was quick and easy. Smart TV features are terrific; easy to access streaming services. Love it!

    I’ve only had this TV a few months. My previous Samsung TV stopped working after one year. However, this one has been great so far.

    This baby replaced my Samsung LCD from 2013. The Wi-Fi Internet connection is so much faster. I love it. I can stream my beloved PTFC during preseason. RCTID!

    My husband and I bought this tv exclusively for his gaming room and he loves it. It shows off the true 4K abilities with his Xbox and is great for watching movies.

    This TV has been a great purchase to work with our Sony PlayStation Pro and is connected to out high speed WiFi to access Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime video

    I like the tv as a whole, except that it is a little heavy for my taste and and wider than i expected. Please keep this in mind when purchasing this item.

    It’s just ok. Picture is ok and sound is ok. Both could be better. Features are nice. It works though which is more than I can say for the 2 previous toshibas that I bought

      Please know that this TV offers several preset picture modes for easily optimizing your viewing experience.
      Please go to: Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode to choose from the below
      1) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      2) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      3) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      4) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.

      You may also wish to try configuring advanced picture settings. Instructions can be found on Page 92 of our e-manual: http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201901/20190102114948285/ENG_US_KM2ATSCN-3.0.4.pdf

      In addition, please know that the quality of the image on your screen depends on your source and connection.
      HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing; and when possible, 4K content will provide the best picture quality.
      The quality of your streamed content depends largely on the speed of your internet as most content providers have adaptive streaming that will automatically adjust the image quality based on the network bandwidth.

      Directions for configuring Sound Modes and Expert Settings are available on Page 97 of the e-manual.

    Christmas gift 12/19/18 , I used it about 12 times, went away for the holidays, vacation, returned 2/10, the screen went bad when I turned it on. I'm the sole user, so I know it wasn't damaged. It had some little issues, when I bought it before vacation, but when I returned It had lines all through it and a black patch. I called Best Buy mgr. and I was treated poorly, said not our problem b/c it had to be returned two weeks prior (30 days), and I did not buy the BB service plan. I called Samsung , based on phone explanation & photo, said it was due to interior damage, so they wouldn't send out anyone to verify. They brushed me off and refused any responsibility for this faulty and poorly constructed TV lasting less then 2 months. With the experience that I've had with this TV and my Samsung appliances and the Samsung staff, I will never purchase anything from Samsung again. Neither Samsung nor Best Buy will stand behind this inferior TV. I've never written a review prior to this, but it's wrong to sell a product that doesn't last 2 months and not stand behind it. I've bought many computers, TVs, appliances, stereos, office furnishings, supplies and more from Best Buy, but my business will go elsewhere, where customers are treated with respect and products are reliable.

      I am very sorry for the unfortunate situation. Please know that a crack will not spontaneously develop; a physical impact – perhaps small, but done at just a certain degree – would be the most likely explanation.

    Nice features, good picture quality

    Solid TV overall. The smart TV features are nice and have worked smoothly. Picture quality is good, but not great. That’s the main reason for 4 star. It is not the main tv we use, so I’m happy with it for what we needed.

    Bought this as a replacement television. It replaced another Samsung HD Smart TV same size. Would not have repurchased if I was satisfied with this product.

    Don’t know why it doesn’t have the clarity of the one I lost in the lightning strike? It was a larger Samsung and was approximately 5 years old. Every one who saw the old one commented on the clarity. But it is acceptable.

    It’s a Samsung... it’s 4k.. it’s big it’s a great value. Has some issues when the screen has a bright side and a dark side . Or when there is movement in the dark portion of the picture... becomes a bit pixelated.
