What a piece of junk

I purchased this tv to try to save a little money, but I immediately regretted my decision once I mounted it to the wall and tried to set it up. At first I thought that the remote wasn't working, so I put new batteries in. But that didn't solve the issue. The tv froze over 30 times in a 10 minute time frame when .I was trying to just set it up. Once I finally finished that, I tried to use Netflix. Well, that was a failure as well since it would randomly freeze, not buffer but freeze and then the proprietary garbage TV Plus would start to play. The remote is garbage, the tv is garbage. I was a Samsung only person until today. I don't think I'll buy another one of their televisions after this experience.
