Beautiful picture, great sound, the only thing I don't care for is the little remote, directional buttons are too small

I upgraded to this TV from a 48" UN48H6350AFXZA I purchased back in 2014 which I still use and is working perfectly. So far the TV has performed very well with just a minor issue, sometimes when I try to login to Netflix for some reason it's says that there is a network issue, which indeed there isn't. The picture quality is great, I calibrated the picture setting based on online professionals, but to me it doesn't look good, so I ended calibrating the picture based on my liking. The design, picture quality, sound and control are satisfying qualities. I'm hoping this 55" Samsung TV goes in the same path as my 5 years 48" Samsung TV.

I absolutely love this TV. The picture and sound quality is amazing. It is also easy to set up the options on this TV.

I bought this to replace a Samsung LCD I had for about 10 years that started power cycling off and on. Switching to this model, I lost a hdmi input which required me to buy an additional switch. I also dont like the fact that I have been able to turn off the apps pop up screen that comes on everytime you turn the TV on. You can wait a few seconds and it goes away but if you turn the TV on and your trying to see something immediately, part of the screen is blocked until it disappears.

This is my first Smart TV, and hopefully my last for a long while (my last TV, a Toshiba, went poopy on me after about 5 years. No bueno). It's internet capabilities are a nice add on, with access to apps like Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu and the like, make switching between programs to watch seamless. So far, so good!

Great tv! Love the picture, love the smart features menu just wish it had Bluetooth but that was an easy fix

The TV was easy to set up and get hooked up to the internet. Picture quality was clear and popped of the screen.

Set up was straightforward. The picture is very life like. It has all the “smart” features we need and more.

We bought this as a replacement for another TV with a power problem - very glad we upgraded a bit to the Samsung. Crisp picture, pretty easy to connect and program.

I really like the tv, quality is great as well as much lighter than the old LED it replaced. I wished it had one to two more HDMI slots but still glad I purchased it.

When I first walked into the store to look for a TV, I was overwhelmed by all that is available and how technology has changed in the past 10 years. My old 10 year TV was a dinosaur. This Samsung TV was perfect for my space and the colors and clarity was something that I had been missing out on. So glad I talked to a Best Buy agent to get information about different televisions. After a week I made up my mind and I am very pleased with my purchase.
