    Unfortunately this TV has failed me twice. After just four months of having this TV, a black line appeared in the middle of the TV. Warranty replaced a new panel. Fast forward to a few months later, half of my TV is completely dark.

    Originally bought this TV but took it back within a week and bought a TCL and I'm glad I did. I tried to adjust the colors to my liking but could never get it where I was happy, so I took it back.

    Only 1 and a half year old right now we’re going to have to get a hold manufacturer has a dark strip going up few inches wide just off right side of screen!

    We paid $700.00 for this t.v. After 2 weeks of purchase the set quit working. Definitely not worth the time or the money spent on purchasing this product. Terrible piece of equipment

    Wireless constantly disconnects from wifi. Samsung representative even acknowledged this. Processor to slow to handle recorded shows.

    Great tv until the backlight went out , expensive repair and of course out of warranty after one year of ownership . 200-300 dollar repair no point , I just bought a new one ..

    after having it only 6 months a pink splotch appeared in the mid-upper left of the screen and then it went dark on the right side. the whole side, half way into the picture is dark.

    It got a dark spot in the screen that would change places on the screen , when the temp dropped the screen would go red , it was a great TV until the warranty ran out

    I only used it for two weeks. In one week, things start slowing down, and after software the update, it takes like 5min to start. I didn't like it, its poor quality TV, I returned it right away.

    I cancelled the order. The product was subpar and the customer service was far worse. Bought a different set at a competitor for a higher price. There was customer service at that store.

    Lacks many features and and viewing is terrible, not even close to an old school plasma. But I could of had a lemon. Either way I upgraded to Q series, now that's a TV. Best ever

    this Samsung TV is not 4K your are selling as a 4K but its not 4K everything is good big issue is it doesn’t have app store I can’t install anything in this TV

    The TV is jumpy when fast action happens...it freezes for a half second and then starts...i will be returning this tv

    Didn't work right. Picture was to dark and couldn't get the picture to fit correctly (we couldn't get it to shrink to fit the screen). Ended up returning it.

    I get My TV on 12/19/18 I set up on the 20th. And Work Fine for 3 Days. But on the 23rd. Was no Sound at All. On A Brand New TV. This happen only 1 Day.
