    Excited at first but when watching football, picture is blurry with fast motions. Very disappointed in Samsung. Will be returning.

    So far so good. Had a 43” that had to be replaced after 14 months. Customer service was wonderful about replacement.

      I am very sorry to see that you were not happy with the picture quality of your NU7100 TV.
      The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen.

      Here are some tips to help improve the image quality.
      HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing.

      2. If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box.

      3. Adjust the cable box or satellite box's video output resolution to 1080i.

      4. Look for a channel that is broadcasting native HD content. For over the air/cable antenna connection, try these steps to find HD channels:
      Go to Menu>Settings> Broadcasting> Auto Program

      I am sorry to hear that you are not entirely happy with the picture quality of your NU7100.

      The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer the signal is to 4K, the better it will look coming out. It is also designed with several preset picture modes and lots of custom settings, allowing users to adjust images to their liking.
      The Dynamic picture mode is our typical store demo mode and is the brightest among all. We recommend Standard mode at home environment for the everyday viewing experience.
      Movie mode is the closest setting to calibrated to the way the director intended, as it uses less enhancements, and will likely result in the most accurate picture.

      In addition to the display screen, the quality of the image on your screen also depends on the source and the connection.
      HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing; and when possible, 4k Content will provide the best picture quality.
      The quality of the streaming content depends largely on the speed of your internet, as most content providers have adaptive streaming that would automatically adjust the image quality based on the network bandwidth.

    This was an excellent purchase. I have had this TV for several years now and it is as good as any decent LCD/LED TVs in the market. I love Samsung and Sony TVs. All others are hit or miss. Samsung TV will never disappoint you. They have great realistic picture with good sound.

    I've had this tv for almost five years, and I still love it. The picture looks just as good as the day I bought it. I don't love the software. Roku is much more user friendly than Samsung, but that's the only con.

    My 11 year old 47"LG TV started slowly dieing last May so since then I have been researching all the new smart TV that is on the market within my price range. There's so many that I manage to narrowed it down to 2. Well after all the insanity I went through I decided on the Samsung mu6070 58" 6 series but it wasn't in stock so I picked out the nu7100 55" 7 series. I like Samsung products and I'm very happy, I'm watching this gorgeous picture while writing this review. My son put it on the wall and together we set up the antenna and scaned for channels and then WIFI, Netflix, Amazon, Google, Hulu and YouTube. So far I'm very excited. Everything about this TV is fabulous. It has been on my wall about 4 hours. I am lucky cause I purchased this as one of Best Buy 20 days of door busters so you know I got a great deal. Yes I'm happy!!

    We own a 75 inch UHD premium Samsung LED TV but we needed a TV for our Kitchen area. I saw this on bestbuy.com and decided to take a chance. The picture quality is fantastic for the price. It's not going to compete with our 75 inch model but if this were my only TV, I wouldn't be mad about the picture quality. The picture is bright, sharp and as usual for Samsung full of deep blacks and saturated colors. I am thinking about buying another for our bedroom as we have a crap quality Vizio that I bought years ago for around the same price. TV is full of apps to watch streaming content. This TV is great for the price.

    We have had this TV for about a month now and we are very pleased. This TV replaced a Panasonic Plasma that also had an excellent picture, but this TV surpasses the Panasonic in clarity and color. We compared this TV side by side in the store with Samsung's NU8000 and could not see any difference. For our needs this was a much better buy. We also own a 65 inch and are equally pleased.

    GREAT Display for Living Room Media

    In a word, "WOW!" I keep saying that. everytime I use it. It's a dream to use. Samsung has a good feel for where everything should go and how everything SHOULD run. Remarkable picture quality that isn't that "TOO REAL" hyper sharp awfulness that is all over walls these days. I love the interface and how it runs, it makes so much sense to operate. Even the tasty touches at power on and off. ( get one, you'll understand... COOL) What doesn't make sense is the omission of the four NECESSARY M8 x 1.25 x 45mm bolts that are essential to mounting the TV on a wall or stand! WTH!? Come on!! Include the four bolts Samsung! It took an additional trip to Home Depot, (Lowe's didn't have 'em) and a lot of cussing about them not being in the box, to get it mounted and ready for viewing. once done though. YES! Otherwise this is a beautiful product and I would be happy to recommend it to anyone. With the one caveat about the mounting hardware.

    Good sound, good picture. No smart remote, no Bluetooth. Sales people said the model had both, but no. Do yourself a favor and do your own research on the web especially when you cannot see the box nor the user manual first. Good middle of the road TV. Depends on what features you want. I wanted more so I can't recommend this TV.
