Great picture, ease of use. Just wish the remote was a tad larger for easier access to buttons.

I got this 55 inch 4K Ultra High Definition Samsung TV after my 50 inch Samsung TV began to have transmitting issues. Fortunately, I had purchased the 5 year extended warranty plan. The picture quality, size, and everything else about this TV is OUTSTANDING! I would highly recommend this TV to family & friends.

This TV is simply awesome! I wanted and needed a new TV in the bedroom. This is simply perfect. I chose it due to the wide array of apps that come pre loaded on the TV and Samsung quality. It has amazing picture and sound and has increased my ability to watch streaming service programs with amazing picture clarity.

Bought this on sale when the speaker on our plasma started failing. Inexpensive 4K with lots of built in apps. We use it, and the apps often. Over a year in and no issues. Picture is great, audio is not stellar (some might see benefit from a sound bar) but good enough for us.

Still getting used to everything but seems to be easy to navigate, good picture so far.

This tv is great for the price point and even compares well with other more expensive tvs

My new 55" class LED NU7100 series smart 4K UHD Tv is great. We can watch TV from any angle in the Man Cave. The functions of our new Samsung DVD player is perfect. Has perfect picture and sound with our new TV. The TV now lets me play my old VCR Player and old tapes like new. Totally enjoy the new functions.

I would recommend this tv to anyone. It’s not giant, but it’s definitely a good size for a small to moderate living room or larger bedroom. The quality of the picture is outstanding and I can notice details that I couldn’t before. The price may be steep for some, but I assure you it’s worth every penny.

This TV has great graphics compared to my last, very old flatscreen. The smart capabilities were easy to use and set up but can be wonky sometimes. At times, when we attempt to turn the TV, the screen lights up and does not do anything. We will have to turn it off then on again. I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the TV or if it’s just wonky. Despite this, we really enioy the TV and graphics.

I had originally purchased a TCL Roku tv and had issues. So I returned the TCL and left the store with this 55” Samsung. The picture quality is amazing. The sound is great. I have had this tv for about a month with no issues. I don’t think I’ll ever buy anything other than a Samsung ever again.

I am enjoying my new 4K Smart tv which I purchase from Best Buy. Thank you for supplying the best quality merchandise to your customers! The numerous products that are in the stores keep me coming back for more. Love how well this particular monitor works well with several other video options.

So many functions to use is outstanding. Crystal clear picture is unreal very nice. Very user friendly remote and display to help guide you. Nice design looks great in the family room. Everyone enjoys our family time watching movies, shows , special events. I am very pleased with this purchase I made.

Great smaller TV for my bedroom. Very easy set up and looks great in the corner.

This is the biggest screen I've ever had. Didn't think at first, that it would be that noticeable, but this TV is remarkable. In the room I put it, it feels like I'm sitting in a movie theatre. The TV's own sound is good, but when hooked up to surround sound, it is truly amazing.
